when I open iStripper app, it automatically starts downloading many previews. How to stop that? It should download only what I click on.

NO. It says you can play 10 cards at a time, if your PC supports it. "Number of girls at once"
You can add any card to play in the Queue list. You can play 1 card or 20 cards, but not more than 10 at once.
You can manage the same list in Previews from Store or/and in Queue. You can add any card in Queue list from Store or from Collection.
The red/green square on/off button in the upper right corner is related to the Previews/Play list.
In the Queue list you can add purchased cards or demo/preview cards.
If you have a card Enabled in your Collection, it will play alongside Preview and you will not be able to remove it from Queue unless you Disable it or delete it from the Collection, meaning delete only from your hdd.

Free VIP Level and Bronze VIP Level are Exempt from Disabling the Automatic Previews.
You must Own 10 cards or More ( Silver VIP or Higher )
To be able to Turn off the Automatic Free Preview Push.
