Before any disgusted maxed-out customer leaves, answer me this: How many VirtuaGirlHD cards did you have a year ago? Has VGHD been worth it to you? If you could receive more of the same but at a slower pace, would that be better or worse than receiving nothing?
Let's also remember that maxed-out customers do not have to choose between the two extremes of either being deliriously happy with Totem or leaving. Instead of "canceling" their subscriptions, maxed out customers can simply delay renewing them, giving them an opportunity to spend down their supplies of tickets on future new cards before renewing again. Might even put a smile on some of their faces.
