Looking though the cards, I notice Card #33 missing why was it pulled? any way to get it and others that are pulled?

Not all cards are released yet. Some cards are not processed yet (Divine's last card required newer software to be processed for example), at least one has a copyright issue (A Maggie card) and can't be released, as far as I know at least one (Denisa K) Card had broken Video (no idea if it's discarded or recoverable), and I think some cards are simply not going to be "good" enough (Jennifer Galbina cards are unlikely to come anytime soon as her 1 card has abysmal ratings).
In the last weeks, Totem started to actively fill the gaps, releasing 1 "old" card every other week.
