This is also important to know.
When you have your Collection Split between Multiple Drive Locations,
The Software uses the Drive with the Most Available Space to Download the New Cards to.

I have experienced this a few times.
I got a spare drive and Moved my Collection from my Internal HDD to the Spare drive.
But then
My Internal HDD now had the most Free Space
and all new Cards were going to the Internal HDD again.

This also Happened when I had Two External Drives
The New Cards were going to the other drive.

My Solution was an Advanced one.

Export the Totem System Branch
The System Branch has the Path Key values in it.
Edit the export so it only has the ModelsPath and ModelsMultiPath keys.
For a single Drive I edit so only the ModelsPath has a Path, and the ModelsMultiPath is blank.
For Multiple Drives then, ModelsMultiPath has all of the paths.

I made a copy of the Registry when all drives were included in the Path.
I made a copy of the registry with Only the Drive I wanted to use was in the Path.
I had a couple of these, one for each drive. So I could select which one to use.

I renamed these edited registry files
IS-G-Drive.reg
IS-K-Drive.reg
IS-I-Drive.reg
IS-ALL-Drives.reg

Before Starting iStripper
I would Load the Copy of the registry for the drive I wanted to use.
( to Load a saved Registry, you Double click on it )
Then Start iStripper
Then download the New cards and they would go to the drive that I selected.

Hope this gives some ideas of how Multiple drives can be Managed,
and to control on which drive the New Downloads
will go.

And most important, Always have a Backup of your Collection.
