I am 😟😒 about the yearly plan being gone.
The yearly plan I now have is $59, while the monthly is $5.99 and that comes to $71.88 for one year.
Totem has again increased prices. I sure hope my subscription continues. It is set to rebill on October 27.

So, no one moving forward can purchase the yearly plan, unless you currently have it activated? theres will renew at the yearly rate? yet anyone new or deciding to get the premium will now have to pay more a year because we have to do it monthly??? Am I reading this correctly?

The yearly plan is no longer available.

However if you are PREMIUM member with a yearly plan, it will keep on recurring at 59€/year until you cancel.

So there is no seperate yearly Sub for a lower price?
And what do I and others with active Subs have to pay, when the next billing is?
Because I subed for 60€ per year, not 72€.

Hi @Wyldanimal, thank you for the detailed explanation of the issue. I made secure payment with SegPay and it was accepted without problems, but unfortunately I didn't receive any credits in my account so far. Who should I contact now to resolve the issue?

EDIT: It seems like the transaction is still pending, so maybe the certificate needs to be updated for the transaction to come through from SegPay? I have no idea why it would not be instant as usual.

The Payment is NOT processed by Totem.
The Totem page with an expired certificate, is just a gateway to the Payment Processor which Does Have it's Own Secure Site.

If you click on Advance and Continue to the Payment Processor
There is No Issue.

If you Have Epoch as an Option
that is the One I recomend.

I've not had good luck with Segpay
Segpay goes 10 tries out of 10 and fails.

Epoch has never failed for me.
