Je ne pense pas pouvoir vous aider vu qu'Alerte est déjà sur le coup :)
C'est juste qu'ayant vu que @Nana08 n'ayant pas précisé quelle est sa carte graphique, j'ai fait une recherche à partir du processeur qui doit utiliser le GPU intégré vu la différence de RAM totale et disponible : 4Gb-3.73Gb
Il s'agirait d'une AMD Radeon HD 6310
Ce qui est curieux vu les problèmes d'affichage, c'est que c'est un GPU récent.
Je ne sais pas si un update des pilotes graphiques résoudrait le problème mais cela pourrait si ils datent.
