they are cards removed at the request of the performers. get in touch with totem via customer service and they will be able to give you credits for them if still honouring that refund process. I believe they do though. I didn't know Alizee had done the same. I knew about Camilla and Divine

I have 4 blank cards, when I click on them, the details come up, but no thumbnail.
I have searched for these cards in the software store and here on the site, they no longer exist.

The four cards are:-
Alizee - Youth hostel
Camilla - Dark side
Divine - Beverly hills
Divine - Red kiss

These are four girls I've paid for and no longer have.
Is Totem going to refund me my credits so I can get four others?

Quick answer is to quit VG completely then restart. This will often kickstart a download for me :)

I bought three cards recently, the first two downloaded successfully, the last one (Viola and Merry Pie No. 0044) did not download at all. When I looked at the advanced settings, it states 1 download remaining with a positive value for downloading it (~500 KB s^-1). However, it still stays at 0%. My version is 1.2.0.84 (Qt 5.3.1) so it should work as well.

How?
If you know the URL to the card image you may "look ahead" to upcoming releases as they are loaded onto the servers... Lets take card e0305 as an example:

cards.virtuagirl.eu/free/sets/e0305/illustrations/card.jpg

Note that sometimes the Team upload these images long before cards are released and as mentioned above sometimes the names and/or images for the cards change before release.

How do you guys view the upcoming cards? Where do you get the data from?

I am posting because I am having issues with the DeskBabes bonus videos - as the title of this post suggests, the videos don't play even though I own the associated card(s). Trying to download the vides results in a "DNS probe failed" screen coming up. I do not have this issue on the VirtuaGirls website which suggests that this problem is on the server side, and I am hoping to get suggestions as to resolving this issue.
