Sorry, this capability is only enabled if you own 100 or more cards. It doesn't make sense to me, but it's always been that way. Check the users manual it's item 10 on the description of the Girls Page. To make matters worse you must also enable this capability in the Display section of Advanced Setting by clicking the "Display clips list" checkbox. This also seems like overkill to me.

If you have any programming skill you can decode the meaning of each clip from it's file number.

I believe that both of the third party playlist managers (from Starryk and GatoNegro) will list all the clips for you regardless of how many cards you own. I have a somewhat cruder Access database that does the same thing, but it's in beta and has never been used by someone with a small collection.

I'm probably not going to mind change too much... just takes time to get used to.

Okay, I have read down to here and my feelings haven't changed. I want the old format XXX cards back but I realize that very few things stay the same and change is inevitable. Having said that, if Totem is going to continue with the hybrid type shows then Tina Kay's Obey Me card should be used as a template. Out of 19 clips, nine of them are XXX. There are a mixture of pole clips, standing clips and table clips. The only way I can see to improve the card would be to have more intensity with the masturbation clips. I seem to remember the last three clips were masturbation but she obviously wasn't trying to get herself off. If I am going to continue buying shows I need to see girls at least make the attempt to get themselves off. You just have to watch any Red Fox XXX show to know what I like.

Si tu utilise le même compte ( celui de maintenant est bien identique au précédent { nom d'utilisateur + mot de passe } ?! ), alors va dans le programme d'iStripper.

Ensuite dans le Store choisi " Collections " et sélectionne les catégories que tu veux ( je pense pour que pour toi ce serait : Virtualgirl classic ), sinon coche une à une les autres.

Il ne te restera plus qu'à re-télécharger les cartes que tu avais ( oui c'est assez long et fastidieux, mais pas le choix ).

En toute logique tu n'aura pas de crédits dépiter, dans le cas contraire, si tu avais bien ces cartes, demande à la Team où est le problème ( ils ont déjà rembourser d'autres membres dans le passé pour des cas similaires ).

Pour info, il y a des anciennes cartes qui n'apparaissent plus, il faut envoyer un mail à la Team pour voir ce qu'ils peuvent
faire.

Sorry that this has outraged so many of you. People make mistakes, clearly I'm in the minority of people that believes that if you are considering buying something, then you should have the opportunity to confirm that you want it or change your mind. In my case I clicked on the option and immediately downloaded a bunch of cards that I don't want. I was holding onto my credits with the intention of using them if I saw something I liked. Further, the downloads are based on wish lists, I don't have a wish list. So there was nothing for it to base its downloads on. There should be an option to decline purchase, or suggest that the client creates a list, for the program to work to.
Even though I still think that their way of doing it, is unreasonable. I'd agree to an immediate use of the refunded credit, however, I doubt that this would be on offer and, my problem as it may be. I doubt that furthering this via customer services, would be worth the effort. Certainly from the tone of your responses and reaction, this would seem to be the case.
Please don't respond to this answer, as far as I'm concerned, the thread ends here and I won't be responding to anyone other than customer services, in a private message.

I appreciate the problem they are facing but I wonder if the freeloaders you refer to would ever pay. I have bought many shows over the years and window shopping amongst the many previews I have downloaded was something that I enjoyed and Totem benfited from. Perhaps a more judicious reduction in access to previews based upon the level of a user would have been better although I appreciate hindsight is 20-20.

If you are referring to the 7 card limit on previews, Totem discovered that a lot of freeloaders were downloading dozens if not hundreds of previews and never buying any cards. They were just letting the previews play continuously. Totem is trying to combat this by limiting the number of previews that can be active at one time. I'm not sure how effective this will be, but Totem has download figures so they should know if this is achieving the desired result.

You can still access any preview you wish to see and at any time. It will just kick out one of the current 7. The new wishlist feature lets you tag any cards you are considering buying and even offers an occasional discount.

The only thing you can't do is put more than 7 previews on a permanent loop so that they will play without any action on your part.

Manufacturers remove features from products all the time and for many reasons. This is particularly true of software.

Totem has been fairly responsive to requests to restoring lost features and adding new ones although there are a number of capabilities like transparent cards that they say they will restore, but haven't gotten around to it.

I was going to take one for the team and buy the mystery package to see if there is a conformation screen to make sure you want to buy it but the offer isn't there. If it's not there then Totem needs to add it. I seriously doubt people are accidentally clicking on them and getting stuck with cards though. I think it's people buying them hoping for good cards, not getting what they want and asking for a refund.

When I go to a casino and play a slot machine I don't ask for my money back because I didn't win any money. There are no conformation screens either every time I click spin but I know what I'm doing regardless.

Well, my biggest complaint was the lack of standing clips on the XXX cards and that was the reason I don't buy them anymore. Today, I accidentally bought an XXX card and was surprised to see more than half were standing/pole clips. There was only one XXX show which is kind of dumb though. It's basically just an iStripper card with one dildo scene. Why don't they just merge the two and have each card have a few XXX scenes if the girl wants to do them and call it good?

My mistake of buying an XXX card today was good. I see the changes they made and I will start buying them again. I'm definitely buying Carolina Abril's XXX cards. I don't care if there are standing or not, she's too awesome to pass up and I'll make an exception for her anytime.
