@CyberVixen: Well i found a better way than to change links manually until i find the new card. Just a good browser and the right plugin and i can see all cards with a short set up and one click.

@CyberVixen: I work as a programmmer of course i'm able to learn something myself. Programming isn't as easy as some of you may think.
And about that matter. I apologized for forgetting to mention your name as my teacher in that one post. Multiple times. I don't see any reason why we should 'fight' (couldn't find a better word) from now on.
We both have done much for this community.
You make artwork masterpieces and one for each show at least and i make replacement cards (one complete set) and also some wallpapers that are not as artistic as your but also nice to look at.
So i think we can respect each other achievement without picking at each other. You know i think your the best cyber artist in this forum and i'm happy that you share a small piece of your knowledge with this community and therefor also with me.
So lets have peace again from now on. We're adults and to intelligent for this.

By the way the browser is Mozilla Firefox and the plugin is called flashgot. Its a great tool if you want to download all pictures you can find on a website. And it also offers the feature 'download gallery'
You just state one of the links to the cards the program recognizes the number in the link and makes that variable. Then you just need to say that the number lies between 0001 and 06xx and the download gallery captures all these pics and shows them on one webpage.

Thank you both, Cybervixen and Starryk for your help. I did find a program for my Opera browser, but the plugin for it won't install, so I'll work on it tomorrow. Instead of Flashgot, they have one called Flashget. I have no more time to even try it today because it is way past bedtime, but I now know how to find the addresses of the pictures anyway. I'm not sure, but maybe Flashget will work without a plugin. We'll see tomorrow. Now that I think about it, maybe I'd also love to see Laura make a comeback. We definitely need some more of her.

The Strike may or may not be over permanently it depends on what Totem does. In the event that they just give we noisy mob of strikers a couple missing cards of black and ethnic girls it will not suffice and back on the lines we go. We certainly do not ask for all girls to be of various colour and ethnicity but want to see a fair distrubution and variety.
But for now you do have my moral support,lol,, I also think Denisa is quite the honey:-)

@Oquijan: Hm well Microsoft is normally not a company that makes it easy to write plugins for their products. Then i haven't checked for something like this.But i can really recommend the Mozilla Firefox browser. It's definitly safer than the Explorer and faster too and there are tons of free plugins for it. I got a plugin that show me the weather for the next few days in the status bar at the bottom of the browser, another one saves every webpage as a pdf-file. Another plugin helps me to control the tabbed browsing better. Then i got a plugin named Adblock Plus that stops ad popup windows(it even stopped this site from showing the booster pack offers:-) And finally i got one plugin to open a site in IE if i got the feeling its not working correctly in Firefox which happens seldom but still happens. Thats the reasons why i prefer Firefox.

You are not really guessing. Totem has to prepare for the Friday release ahead of time and are placing the new card pictures online early in the week so the new sets are ready to be released. You are merely going through a backdoor and finding the new pictures. So to say you are "guessing" is a misnomer. It might be better to keep this information for your personal knowledge, since its really not a random guess.

Our community looks forward to the "surprise" of what new cards will become available on Friday and by posting this info ahead of the release date could be taking away the enjoyment that your fellow members get from visiting this site?

No one should open and read a thread with the title "guesses for new releases" if they want to be surprised.

If you go christmas shopping with a spouse and they tell you your christmas gift is in the trunk of their car- don't open the trunk of their car and look if you want to be surprised. You can only have your suprise spoiled if you peek. Don't peek at threads discussing the new releases. I appreciate this thread. I don't need surprise. I am a customer and like to know what is available for purchase on friday.

One addition to that list - 128 Sandra Sanches "Action Girl" is also there, but is an unreleased card.

Cards 33, 102 and 128 have been viewable on those URLs for as long as I've been a member of vghd (around a year now), but the cards have never been released. I wouldn't have thought they would be likely to be released now. The only one I'm aware of the reason for is 33. Apparently the logo on Maggie's shirt was a breach of copyright, so the card couldn't be released.

I would say this Friday's cards are 100% certain to be 466, 627 and 646, since they were the ones that replaced their respective Beta Test cards yesterday.

Interested to hear that Starryk uses Flashgot by the way. Snap!

If you look back at page 3 of this thread, you'll see a post from Starryk making pretty much the same point as yourself.

Since then I've been very careful to only post links to the new release cards, so that it wouldn't spoil things for anybody who didn't want to see them before Friday. I.e those who want to know can follow the links, and those who don't needn't look.

Now though, Starryk himself has posted pics of the new release cards. I have no objection to that, but obviously others do. So perhaps Starryk should take heed of his own previous comments.

I have to say Slayyer has a good point as well, but as a double safeguard I do think we should only post links to the new release cards rather than pics in this thread.

What do you think is being discussed? sports? No- members are discussing which cards will be released on friday.

NO ONE is having their friday new release "surprise" spoiled if they chose to read a thread about which cards would be on friday. My friend never has anything spoiled- she doesn't read the forum. Any card she doesn't have and likes that is offered on special is a new card for her. She is in california and doesn't do friday early morning and never bought a new release card on friday. Too much hassle.

Want to be surprised- why are you here? Seriously. You can't keep other people from discussing new releases so coming here is reading the end of your mystery novel. To me it is just shopping- seeing if there is something I want to buy that day for 1 ticket.

All threads are not for all members. I appreciate the friday release guess threads. Without having a clue of the new releases I would go back to never getting up early friday (crack of dawn for us americans trying to get new cards for 1 ticket before sun rises). The sneak preview is the carrot dangling in front. Blind shopping won't get me up at 4am to spend my money. My choice. I like the choice to come here and see what is offered on friday. Glad totem does not discourage it.

Nobody here is stealing anything. These cards as well as free galleries e.t.c, are made available free to Totem affiliates and anybody else who wants to use them for promotional purposes.

Make sure you know your facts before you start making accusations.

Yeah, it used to be guesses, but long long ago several users found a way to look for certainties. A lot of people knows how to look for the info and it started to pop in other threads. This one somehow stablished as the unnoficial but most recurrent post for this info. If it's on the web, it's gonna be divulged for someone and ask the users to keep it hush hush it's useless. This thread was opened since september and it has a faithful crowd of participants who likes to know and share. So far, Totem didn't asked nor taken any measure to stop this, so i don't think is ***** in any way. Trying to impose your personal opinion as the righteous one is very pretentious. I might disagree or dislike the content of many threads, but i simply avoid them and certaintly i never claim to be the spokesman of the community or insult other users calling them thieves. Your posts are hijacking this thread, since you are out of topic. If you wish to *****, start your own thread and respect this.

Two weeks ago it was a guess since there were at least five cards showing on the server and I was the only one to guess correctly. Of course, I have my own foolproof super-secret system for guessing the releases and I'm not revealing my methods.

I agree with Slayyer above. I don't want to be surprised on Fridays. Since Totem started discounting the new cards on Fridays, I need to decide in advance if I'm going to try to buy them on special. It would be nice if Totem published a schedule of the upcoming releases. Since they can't or won't do that, I rely on this thread for my info.

If Totem wants to "surprise" me, here are some suggestions:

• Randomly release new cards
• Publish real explicit content like fingering on Vgirl again
• Bring back my favorite girls
• Hire a hispanic or new black girl
• Allow Platinums to download all trailers
• Have a customer appreciation day and give out free tickets
• Release the older cards (hey they're doing that, thanks for the surprise Totem).

I know i changed my opinion when i found an easy way to find the new cards. (Changing the numbers on a link manually was to stupid for me to do it especially if they now will release older cards.)
Now with flashgot this is quick and save.
@kidcadet: it's not stealing. It would be possible to protect this section with a password and if someone would hack this pwd and save the pics then it would be stealing. But this links are free for everyone.

I'm not sure if i should post these pics or not in the future fact is that not many here do really guess anymore as most people know by now the method to know for sure (though Totems trick 2 weeks ago made the guessing interesting again)
But if i don't post the pics and only write the names its also no guessing unless Totem does again what they did 2 weeks ago.
