It is a Special Event Card, The special event this time being last month's advent calendar. You should also be able to buy it with a joker card and it will probably be available sometime in the future via a gambling game.

That's a special event card, you can't buy it. To get it you had to buy the advent calendar.

The biggest thing that happened this year for me was the 4k resolution which I recommand everyone to buy.

Oh please no - not all in such a short time. When there was a glut of Viola's cards even though I greatly like her performances I was getting bored with seeing more than one card of hers every week for what seemed at the time to be an never ending stream. If there is going to be a third set of cards let it be after a sensible interval.
