Second. There is indeed an increase in the prices, but since the increase is different according to your level, not everybody pays 1.60. Triple diamond pays 1.10 per card and there's a discount for purchasing the new cards within 7 days from their release.

Decimals then are just another way to reflect the increase that is a lot more practical than making the buy page a mess to understand with different prices for everybody.

Also, there was a big period of time between the past carousel discount system and this. So members had the chance to use their existing credits before the rise on the prices. Credits didn't devaluate, prices went up, the value of the cards is what it is now.

I've written to support but want to get community awareness.

With the recent increase in cost to no less than 1.6 credits you have all lost 60% of the value of any credits you had in your bank at the time of this so-called upgrade. Meaning you need to spend 60% more per model. Sorry but to me this is flat out wrong.

Retrocredit existing balances *1.6 to keep all things even value wise from before and after. If people then decide to move forward with the new system it's at the new rate and that's their choice. Should not penalize current customers.

Instead of this messed up fractional credit system, adjust the purchase price of credits. It's too bad nobody here has an IQ greater than my dog. Discount the credit purchases then for your elevated customers. See how that works? Same net effect without leaving people with screwy partial credits that can't be used. Common measure to rob people of their value invest. Uncool.

Any crap about costing more to buy new tech or higher resolution feels like bullshit to me - I'm still seeing mostly 720, occasional 1080 and RARE 3k.

The messed up new client has some up sides but we just all paid for it in a huge way - I'm not a fan.

Dual monitor support appears to be hosed (I think I've seen this posted elsewhere).

The little trick with "Get it Now!" triggering a "the new price is 2 credits Y/N" probably got a few people like it did me.

Speak with your wallets, forums and support - bottom line they've reduced the value of your bank balance and that is completely *****.

Do the math over however many customers they have and it is outrageous.

Also a side note ---- these exponential requirements for additional discounts is insane. 1500 credits to get 45% off?! No bump at 500 credits?

I for one want my lost balance fixed and as is have no intent to continue patronage.

Just for fun try this out -

Don't have any windows open, just a bare backdrop
Set the working space as large as possible
Set off as many girls as you can at 35% size. I can get the max of 10
Move half of them to the second monitor spread out, so for me 5 and 5
Leave this to run for half an hour and then see how many girls are onscreen and on which screen

Really like the new version but multiple monitors really needs looking at for a future update.

There have been lots of threads on the forums about the new version of the software, changes in pricing, removal of VIP cards, etc. Change is inevitable and seldom immediately welcome, but the new pricing does make sense, both commercially for Totem and to the users in giving good value.

If you track back through the forums I think you'll see there has been some indignation about the changes but that in general the user base has altered from being suspicious or even *****, to one of acceptance and enjoyment of the new player software. Maybe yours, too, will change from 'bullshit' in time :-)

Do you know of more discontinued cards, that I better make backup of?
So for I've made backups of Divine, Camilla and 2 remaining Priscilia-cards.

I don't have enough diskspace for a backup of all the cards, though that would be the best solution as cards seem to disappear without notice.
Had I known about this, I would have made a backup sooner.

I have two monitors. I always liked to run this program only on the right monitor. In the past this was possible. The new update lets you run many cards at once which is cool, but I can't figure out how to restrict it to one monitor. Any advice?

Ok, well I've installed the latest version (why doesn't the software check for updates?), and it seems my existing credits have been devalued - it now costs 1.6 credits per card thanks to my diamond status, or 1.04 credits with my "diamond discount".

Seriously - if you're gonna charge more for the shows, raise the unit price of credits. This is bullshit Totem!

This means that you are using an older version.

Like me, you have cards showing as 'free'.
This will change if you upgrade to the new version.

You will change from VIP member to diamond member.
Most (possibly all) cards will cost you less than 2 credits.

On my carousel, all the shows are priced as "FREE"
When you click on "Buy", it says "The price has changed. The new price is 2 credits"

I rarely find duo shows a turn -on. Same applies to two girl shows you might see at a club -although due to excessive restrictions imposed by freedom ***** governments - these are much less common in the UK than they used to be. I submitted my refund request to the customer service link under the help menu. I have asked for credit under the billing category via the customer service link under help. Is this correct procedure?

I get the impression that customer service is an outsourced organisation who have not heard of the announcement. The first response is a standard automated reply that does not seem to be aware of the new situation with maxed out subscriptions. This leaves me feeling a little insecure.

There is also something strange about the subscription period. I bought a 6 month recurring subscription. The account information says it starts on 1st August 2014 and expires on the 1st January 2015. Shouldn't it expire on 31st January 2015? I am a little puzzled.

Totem Team and @Rex, please follow up to ensure this outsourced organisation have the correct procedure for this situation. I don't want the money back. I want to be granted credits to get new cards as they become available.

I am totally sure Totem will honour its promise to maxed out customers. I have no ***** there. Couldn't you make the procedure more customer friendly and smarter?

I just started up VGHD and three models in a row on my desktop were Blanche Bradburry, Ennie Paris and Jessie Jazz.

Although I appreciate that none of them are wild pole dancers (I don't care for the pole acrobatics), I want to commend whatever director it was who suggested that girls who seductively pose with the pole start using it as a prop - stroking it as if they were stroking...something else.

It is hot and really effective. I hope more models start using it if they're not sure what to do when dancing around the pole. Good directing.

Because the cards from the new collection are not included in subscriptions, members who are maxed out and have a subscription can cancel it and contact customer service to be refunded of their last month of debit (or given the equivalent in credits).

The Model is Melena Tara, her cards are not released yet ;)

At this point I want to thank all the contributors to the thread, it's been a heck of a lot of fun for almost 2 years! vérifie bien que les shows existe dans le dossier actuel où se trouve ta collection, sinon il te faut les copier dans le nouveau dossier et reconstruire tout. quant tu copies il n'y aura pas que les fichiers avec l'extension .vghd à copier mais tout les fichiers du dossier.

sont deux fichiers important qu'il ne faut pas oublier de copier.

il faut aussi recopier les données concertant les cartes du dossier Data

pour reconstruire tout va dans le programmes, réglages, options avancées, clic droit sur Synchroniser avec le serveur et clic sur reconstruire tout.

pour le téléchargement, la Team par respect envers les modèles qui ont demandé à être retiré du site, ne fourni plus les shows concernés.

J'ai dans ma collection 5 cartes de Camilla et 4 cartes de Divine, et depuis que j'ai réinstallé le logiciel ces neuf cartes, dont j'ai toujours les shows en fichiers .vghd, ne fonctionnent plus ; de plus, quand je clique sur une de ces cartes pour re-télécharger les shows, le chargement se désamorce à l'instant. Auriez-vous, s'il vous plaît, une solution ?
