I am not a fan of implants, however I must admit that Zafira had a good surgen. I would not have known with out seeing the before and after. Most boob jobs I have seen or am aware of look pretty bad like Zoe's, Vicky S', Sendy Silver's, Marta's to name a few. Half the girls in the clubs of Baltimore have bad boob jobs. Most of the other half wear outfits that hide and/or do nothing to showcase their breast. Its depressing.

I didn't think Marta's boob job was too bad to be honest but I'm probably just being biased as I think she's gorgeous regardless of boob size.
