Asking for a refund of removed cards that can be played, I am not so sure.

If you ask for a refund for a withdrawn card my understanding is that you will lose the ability to play that card and get a refund for it.

Damn. I admit that I bought her show mainly because of the fascinating costume, but after watching it I again realized that the girl is always the most important, the outfit is just an accessory. Her body is sweet. Yes, the breasts are small but for me it's never a disadvantage. Elza did a good job. Probably not her last card for me.

As far as I know Totem (the company) gets back nothing from the girls.
Previously, there were court orders to have the cards removed at Totem's expense.
Now, the company removes them if the girl just asks for them to be removed.

At least we are getting a one-week notice. Previously we never got any advance warning.

BACK THEM UP.
The Complete Models folder of the card, and the complete data folder of the card.
You Need Both.

does NOT affect your ability to play the cards if you have them already downloaded.
The only change will be, the Card images will no longer be displayed.
you will see a blank card in it's place.

If you want to have a card image again.
Create a custom card image and save it in the Data folder for that card.

Something a 'lil strange. In my Account History for the shows recently purchased with a gift card it only displays the letter and number for the card instead of the name and if you click the link it goes to the website instead of the show in my collection. 😕I do like that it now reads "Giftcard" there whenever one is spent on a show. 👍 😎

To variation on @Celine 's advice

Go to yur collection tab and open the filters, and clear them all
Under the resolution filter enable all except 4k
Under the Quality filter enable only Crystal Clear+

This should display the cards in your collection for which a 4k version is available but which you have downloaded a lower resolution version. You can then download them all at once or in batches.

Go to your collection tab, open the filters, select all resolutions below 4k in the filter "chosen resolutions" then press ctrl+A : at the bottom will appear several commands, including "resolution" : select "4k" then it will tell you how many cards had been downloaded into another resolution than 4k and propose you to download the 4k version :)

Yes. Just copy the cards Data and Models folder from your backups to your new working folders and click on the rebuild option on the settings page (after enabling Advanced Settings).

But you can only do this if

1 - You have the backups (and they can be read)
2 - You have not asked Totem about them
3 - You have not used "Update" for those cards

If you ask Totem support about them then they will delete the cards and give you a refund

Rough month ... first Anna De Silva then Dianna and Dianna is taking the Kristina duo's with her. Dianna (and Kristina) are a couple favorites of mine and it's sad that future members won't get to see her/them. I wonder if the other site she did work for is also pulling her content. Assuming she's still in Ukraine I imagine life has been difficult; I do wish her the best in any case.

I guess I'll backup Dianna's cards with the rest of the fallen talent. Once they are deleted it never seems the same for me backup or not. I've not every asked for a refund and don't plan too but I wonder how refunds are going to work in the crypto nightmare.

Make sure to Delete all of her Photo Sets and the 3 Videos she is in.
You can ask customer service for a refund,
access to any card you had purchased will be removed.

This can Not be Reversed
So make sure this is really what you want to do.

Card removal from the store, does NOT change a members collection who already Owns the card.
The card Image is removed from the server, and thus, it is no longer shows a Card Image in the My collection view.
You still Own the card, but it is shown with a blank Image.
Create a Custom Card image for it..

This "Removal Requests" - first "Alba de Silva" - on this "ENDTIME Year" 2023 AD - now Dianna - who comes NEXT on this behalf ( ??!) in THIS year - is another question ! - This is really a "***** in the Arse" - I think in basics also for "REX" - for sure and I also like to explain my Position on that behalf to a little . - These in basics "Lawyer" based Removal Requests for Internet and Erotic Company/Business content of a - mostly - former more or LESS famous Erotic- and/or - Porn-Model are in my opinion in the majority of cases - a either more or less - "selfish" act by the model - BECAUSE for example in approx. 30-40% of all those cases - the reason is that some years later the (former) Erotic and/or Porn Model "meets" is going to mate a new Lifepartner and/or Husband who is not seldom - even more mostly in fact - a quite wealthy to sometimes even more or less rich person - and this Husband is it mostly who is concerned about his "good reputation" if some peoples or even a lot of peoples - may found out that his new "Wife" was formerly a more or less famous Erotic and/or Porn Model - which is btw. nothing to be ashamed of in my deepest believe ! - So they try to erase as much Material as possible from the Internet etc. - of the former Life of the particular Model as possible. However this is NOT ALWAYS the TRUE - basic - Reason for such Actions - only in avarage in approx. 40% of these cases - and ALSO - MANY Erotic- and/or Porn Models NEVER act this way - thank God - because later they were never really "ashamed" of having been a more or less famous Erotic- etc. Model for several to plenty years in her Life - and of course I do LOVE - this Models with a STRONG personal Backbone and often also HIGH personal UNDERSTANDING for Human (Female) Erotics - who are proud and NOT ashamed of having been an Erotic Model of various kinds ( for example with or without Porn) for a few or several years ! Being an Erotic Model is a BLESSING in basics and at least basically resp. in basic generally NOTHING to be ashamed of later ! Conclusion - Very WORSE is also on behalf of I-Stripper - that there is always such a small Time left before the content will be deleted - why do not inform the Ordiance - at least 1 month before or even 3 months before the content will be deleted - IF possible ??! - And not always just 1 week before this takes effect ! - In Addition I suggest I-Stripper once again - that in Case of such Removal Requests TO REFUND - Show Card owners of the particular Models Shows with a few FREE JOKER CARDS - as an at least "small" TRUE Refund and TRUE real CONSOLATION - so my suggestion is to refund CARD HOLDERS in such Cases with one FREE JOKER CARD per each 1-2 Shows - which means for example that someone who owns just 1 or 2 Shows of the Model involved in the REMOVAL Request - get 1 Free Joker Card automatically - one who owns 5 Shows for example ( like me) of the particular Model - gets 3 Free Joker Cards - or when someone for example has 8 Shows - he gets 4 Free Joker Cards... This would be at least a real good basic and maybe extra refund - for the loss of the erotic Shows and the add. Content involved in this Erasing/Deletion ! - THANK YOU for the attention ! 😎👍😘👍

Hello, Just to be certain because I'm not very good at this:

If I have bought, and downloaded all shows. If I want to restore those cards in my account/playlist on, say, a new computer or my formated one, what exactly must I do?

• I have saved backups of the "model" folders of the cards (e087 to e0812)
• I also saved the "data" folder of those same cards
• I downloaded the pictures and videos for good measure.

So, could my cards be restored, AFTER June 12, by using those backups? and how?

As I said in an earlier post, in my opinion, 2017 was a banner year for models! Dianna and Kristina are just 2 of the models that made that year special! If you sort your collection by year you will see what I mean! I have all her shows so I will back them up just in case. I lost 3 of ***** O Fee's cards cuz they weren't backed up!

Although Dianna may have a good reason for her request, I'm glad I bought her cards all those years ago!😊

everything looks quite strange, since here on forum your profile is still labeled as a Premium one...

Evidently I got my Premium "Crown" back after I posted the above question(s) and then signed up for the new monthly $5.99 subscription. The GUI then let me go redownload ("replace") all the 3K cards it had downloaded (in 3K) in their 4K format then (I still had many cards in the 4K format which I had downloaded before iStripper evidently "terminated" my Premium membership with no warning whatsoever). It was a goat rope because I had to use the filters for My Collection to figure out which model cards had been downloaded in 3K instead of 4K going back to late 2022, THEN had to go to each individual Model's SHOW page that had been downloaded in 3K to change the selection THERE to 4K in order for it to ASK me if I wanted to replace the 3K card with the 4K card.

Hell, the GUI NEVER "said" my previous Premium membership had expired or wasn't renewable or anything...it evidently just STOPPED it (for whatever reason) and automatically started downloading everything in 3K back in late 2022 EVEN THOUGH in Settings I had 4K Downloads selected (you can STILL do that on the curreent Settings page). You would think that if the SETTINGS were set to download 4K but you COULDN'T do that, it would TELL you it wasn't going to download 4K instead of just downloading 3K. I had around 40 - 50 cards that I thought were downloaded at 4K but just "defaulted" (?) to 3K downloads with no indication whatsoever.

And my Transactions History shows no record of my "upgrade" to Premium Member in the past OR any indication my Premium Member status had "expired". That's absurd. Why? Imagine somebody has already downloaded numerous 3K versions of the cards, THEN upgrades to Premium. Unless they "figure out" themselves how to configure the Filters for their My Collection, the GUI has NO indication they could update those cards from 3K to 4K unless they went to each 3K model card in their entire collection (at least back through 2022...maybe earlier?) to "see" if the card WAS availble in 4K to begin with (many earlier 3K cards AREN'T available in 4K).

And the "User Manual" you can link to says nothing about "Premium Membership" at the time I am typing this.

The new GUI is not very "user friendly" in many areas yet, and will continue to be ***** as hell for totally new iStripper users with no previous GUI knowledge or experience.

You can open a ticket asking for a refund and they'll do just that
