As a Platinum member, I think you have access to this function.

In your GUI, click on whatever card you wish to edit clips from. Click on the clip board to bring up the clip list. You can disable any clips you don't want playing from there by unchecking them. Then, if you wish to go one step further, you can delete the disabled clips by right clicking the trash can icon and selecting 'Delete disabled clips only'

I read somewhere in here that some people cut out some of the fully clothed segments of a girls show and i was wondering how it is you do this? Not that i want to cut them out completely but I had thought i would like to edit down a couple of girsl shows, particularly from the erlier cards some of which are 55 min shows and have some scenes which are very similar. Thanks for any help!

But if the goal is to get satisfied in the way of adult entertainment, clips of slow striping is the best way... giving the strip into a quick naked, it should be nice or "ok", but it doesn't excite, and that is really bored... Too bad I didn't see this thread when it was first posted. I'm so glad to see that Totem wants to see more customer feedback and I want to jump at the opportunity to give mine, even though it's a bit late. Hopefully nobody will mind, since this is about giving constructive feedback :)
As you can see from my nickname, I prefer heels, not bare feet :) My reaction to cards where the girl is not waring heels is that I just don't buy them (same goes for cards where the girl is wearing platform shoes or thick heels with weird shape). Of course, I acknowledge that some people are into that and I don't mind at all that some cards don't have heels.
The thing that I do find very disappointing is when the girl is wearing heels in the pictures, and I buy the card and... she only wears the heels in the fully clothed clips. Or she takes them off before she gets nude. Or she is bare-foot on all the taskbar clips. This gets me frustrated and has made me very careful about buying cards. I've even passed on some cards where the girl looks great with the heels on her pictures but the comments/demos suggest she doesn't wear them in the show. I'm not saying that the girls should wear the heels all the time. I'm saying that if the outfit includes heels, they should be seen enough in the show. Personally for me the more heels, the better :)

Hey there. I would have said something sooner but I only saw this thread just now. I hope you don't mind. Here is my imput. My favorite clips are the full striptease ones: where the girls starts fully clothed and is fully nude by the end of the clip. As for the timing, I think the best timing is the following: let's say you have a 4-minute pole dance clip. The girl starts fully clothed and has 3 items to strip: her dress, her bra and her panties. For me the best timing would be dress at 3 minutes left, bra at 2 minutes left, panties at 1 minute left. As for the clips without nudity... it's not that I don't like them, but I just like the full nudity clips more. And what I do is, I use Starryk's VG playlist manager, when I buy a new card, I watch all clips from it and I add the best ones to my "best clips" playlist, which consists of the clips I like most from all my cards. And I have to tell you, 95% from those clips are level 3 and above... meaning that I usually watch the topless and lightly sexy clips only once and never again. I was very happy when the cards started to feature more level 3 4 and 5 clips. Having said that, I acknowledge that a number of people (not too many if I'm correct, but still) like their cards to have a few clips with no nudity, and others like clips that are nude from the start. I think you can keep most people happy if you include about 1 non-nude standing,pole and taskbar clip and 1 nude-at-start taskbar and pole clip... I don't think many people would be interested in nude-at-start standing clips.
For the second part of my feedback, I want to say what I'd like to see more and what I'd like to see less. The thing that gives me the most unpleasant feeling about buying cards is the chance that there might be too much bare feet in the card. Let's assume of course that the girl is wearing heels on the photos of the card. The absolute worst case scenario for me is that she doesn't wear them on any of the full nudity clips, or she takes them off before she gets nude. It doesn't happen often but when it did, it made me very disappointed and careful about buying cards. Another very bad scenario is when the girl is bare-foot on all the taskbar clips. This one happens more often. It doesn't completely ruin the card for me but it does leave me with a bad feeling. Of course I'm not saying that the girls should wear their heels in all the clips, but I think they should ware them at least in some, and I don't mean just the fully-clothed clips.
As for the thing I want to see more, it's when girls show their body without taking off their clothes. It's best if I use examples here. Zara's card "Stunning in satin" is a perfect example of what I find really sexy. In this card Zara is wearing a beautiful dress and many times she reveals her breasts without taking the dress off. She just takes her straps down, sometimes even revealing one breast first, then the other one. She also lifts up her dress often. In some clips she has panties under it, in others she doesn't or she removes the panties while keeping the dress on and showing what's under it. This is what I'd like to see more often :) I would have loved to see it in Armina's card where she was wearing the most famous piece of clothing in the pop culture - Princess Leia's slave bikini. From reading the comments I understood that unfortunately she didn't make good use of that great outfit and never showed her goods before she stripped it all off. A classic case of missed opportunity and heart-breaking because seeing a stripper in Leia's slave biniki is a dream that doesn't come true often.

Yeah, the balance is just starting to shift now. Real porn will always be made no matter what, which is good I guess. Natural musical rhythm is one of them. Some people find it easy to juggle, others will never grasp it. Pro soccer players have some incredible skills that most of us can never learn. Gymnasts, acrobats, even computer skills... The list goes on and on. Most of us are born with an aptitude towards certain things, I believe.
So... Teaching a girl to dance a certain way if she doesn't have those natural skills, imho, is nearly impossible :(

I think @1ncognito has hit the nail on the head. You either have a sense of rythm or you don't and it cannot be easily taught. People have been trying to teach me to dance for close on 50 years and they haven't succeded.

I can play air guitar and headbang with the best of them - but dancing, no chance. I sort of hear/feel the music in a different way and I can't usually pick up the natural beat. It's difficult to explain.

Unfortunately Totem only have little time to teach the girls the basics of stripping and the pole. Spending time on teaching them to dance as well would cut into the shooting time. They have to assume that the girls (or their agencies) have at least done a little research and know they are supposed to dance when they accept contract.

Totem have stated on a number of occasions that professional strippers are reluctant to appear on the internet consequently they have to go to the glamour models and porn stars who are much happier to appear on the internet because they want to get their faces known in order to get more work. It all adds to their resume.

Having gone to Vegas personally on many occassion I was excited to see Totem had a studio there. Finally cards released with girsl who know how to move and stunning on top of it. Not sure where theyre going but needless to say on the content theyve released thus far, NO disrespect but they either need to get out more or need a new guide.

A very good idea to pay more attention to the dancing of the models and teach them how to dance or give them homework/instruction video before coming to the studio.

Can I ask what you don't agree with :) ? I'm curious. I also didn't want to come off like i'm saying it's not good enough or being judgemental or anything like that. It's really about attention to detail, and suggestion for improvement. Which provides all of the good experience in life; creativity. It's a "you don't know what you're missing" type of concept. The things these women can do are amazing. I suppose if the producers and the girls only knew how easy & quick it is to teach/learn, they would do it. I know that they let the girls do what they want and that's great, they should be comfortable, but all they have to do is ask. I've seen that on another site. True facts:

1) For women who don't know how to dance: you can teach them in a matter of minutes some very good,
simple moves & new ones also - it's very easy to do. So it won't take up a lot of time, and it's so very worth it.

2) I will buy cards from the same girl if there is different dancing, but I know you don't really market that way
(at least not in the actual program) so I suppose people would have to take your word for it, or rely on the
users/members. I also would buy them anyway but there is a lot more incentive/motivation- it's just better. I
know the team already encourages different dancing for several shows with the same girl, but i'm just
mentioning it because it's so important. You can make them even more different if you want.

3) Hip movement really is the "core" of sensual dancing for women.

4) Ass shaking is so GREAT I would LOVE to see it -often- in every show. It's so good, you must do this
please :) There are some companies (which will remain nameless), that charge 25 bucks for a 4 minute video,
please do not let that be the only good ass shaking content available. You could easily take their "customers".
Capitalize on the ass shaking, it's highly desirable. Do not pay attention to the media or anyone who says that
it's not absolutely amazing! Every show, every girl. maybe 1-2 clips, 2-4 minutes for those.

5) A lot of different movement is awesome, even if it's slow dancing. I really think that if every girl did at least
1 or 2 fast dancing shows it would be better as well. Everyone knows how amazing sapphira's, melena tara's,
& tess's shows are for example. And they may very well sell more because they are so good/creative at it.

6) Each card more varied: TYPES/THEMES- All Fast show, All Slow show, a lot of ass shaking, you can even
implement ALL of these in every show, any type of variation etc. The possibilities are vast, if not endless.
