if you do not have the Run iStripper at Start checked, then the -fromStartup will cause iStripper to exit as soon as it is loaded.
In older versions the option was called Start at Bootup, now it is Run iStripper at Start.

I do have a Windows 10 machine. I will install and test. this to make sure, and let you know.

It was my not having, the advance Setting Checked, that caused the application to exit without starting.
So you must have that Setting Checked, before you add the -fromStartup to the shortcut.

I didn't leave out Susan. Mia Hilton is not that great. Sharka Blue is ok but nowhere near the best. Marie is decent; kind of ugly. Angelina ***** is actually pretty good but still way behind some of the others. Natali Blond, no. Adriana Chechik has an interesting ass but it's not that nice. Erica Rose Campbell is a classic card but yes, she has an outstanding ass. I was going to add Apolonia and probably should have. Lucy Li has huge boobs but her ass isn't that great. Samantha Lee is decent. Nathaly Cherie does have a decent ass but wasn't really worth mentioning. Jennifer White has an average ass; wasn't really worth mentioning. Kathy Moore is another one that has a decent ass.

I´ll try to restart the computer or maybe install again Istripper

EDIT:I did exactly as you said but the solution did not work for me
Windows 10 said that there was a problem with VGHD, so I deleted -fromStartup, closed Istripper and tried again. I didn´t work
I turned off completely the computer and after a while everything was running as before of my trial changes.
I don´t Know if it is a problem of Windows 10 itself or it is specific of my Windows 10.
I thought that you would Know this for future cases

I think he was serious. Russia and Ukraine are probably two countries where you can get girls relatively cheap, thereby bringing in a bigger profit. Purely a business decision. I understand that. I would have suggested getting girls from the Czech Republic because it seems they have some really high quality girls there (or used to, anyway) but it's probably more expensive because of that. I would have also suggested Sweden, as that country is in the process of destroying itself and girls may want to find a way out. All that being said, it may just be because Russia and Ukraine have more girls available to hire.

I seriously doubt Rex's comment about getting more girls from Ukraine and Russia means that they're going to limit themselves to those two areas

and -from startup did not work, but -fromStartup did..

Also, I had Browsed to the BIN folder, and right clicked on the vghd.exe, send shortcut to desktop.
That is the shortcut I edited the properties for.

Been going through my collection lately and there are a ton of great girls from Budapest. Is Hungary still an option? Are there problems with work visas and such. There is no such thing as failure, especially with 3K resolution, because the American girls will be viable for a long time for marketing purposes. I could see card buyers just buy the 200 american cards and none of the metart girls. When Rex says he lost money on the cards, it doesn't mean they won't make him money in the long run, they may be longer sellers, or people may buy them in bulk more than a Nancy set, because Nancy does the same stuff in every card. It was a smart move for the istripper roll out because it will appear they have an American presence. And when American girls travel to Europe to shoot they can snatch up a couple more to keep up the illusion. America is still a rich country with a lot of porn purveyors. Run iStripper at Startup Needs to be Checked.

and the Shortcut you use needs this added to it..
-from startup
you will have to find the short cut, then right click to check it's properties.
under the Target, add the -from startup to the end of it.

Explanation:

the -from startup, tells iStripper NOT to display the GUI when it starts, only display the icon in the system tray.
the Start Deactivated, tells iStripper to Not turn ON the Models when starting.

If you Don't have Run iStripper at Startup Checked, you Might Not get the System tray Icon to display.
then you have iStripper running, but No Icon.

so to Use the -from startup in the Target command line.
You Must also have Run iStripper at Startup Checked.

It seems a bug.
When you load initially IStripper the GUI appears always on full screen, no matter what you do to avoid it.
I went to settings and under the big Title referred to Blocking at work ( where you find the ALT-SPACE sudden deactivation of Istripper), a checkbox saying "Start deactivated" is shown ( In my case "Inicio desactivado" in Spanish language). So if you check that option, when you start IStripper it should reamain deactivated showing the grey icon at bottom bar of Windows.

This checkbox does not work. Please repair it

Maybe the team should think about, recruiting from thailand. many nice girls work out of the go go bars and spend there time dancing around poles etc, many girls work for themselves and so you could negociate directly with them. There is no pornography allowed on the internet in thailand, the government deem it to be irrmoral and so viewing porn online in thailand is illegal, (so is gambling and sex toys too bizarely) so this is blocked at source. Depends on the girl, for some of them what you say is true of course. But I've seen camgirls that start their own websites and create content for them. Those girls are obviously interested in doing other stuff than camming and may be waiting for a chance to do it. A trip to Paris and a contract with a company like iStripper could be just what they are waiting for. Scoreland started working with some camgirls a few years ago and it's worked out well for them. If I had to guess what's the biggest problem for camgirls accepting an offer is that they might be afraid it's not legit. Human traffic is a big problem in some countries and if the offer is not made properly, the girl might ***** it's something of that sort.

Its one thing to be naked or topless in a dark exclusive place at 2am and being a possible front page model for a company that is global. Once its out there its out there. The fact that you tried your very best with the US studio and took risks even tho you lost money says alot about the product. I can understand why alot of the members wana see more US models since they have many famous models there but hell if we dont have that in EU and the list of models we have here proves that.

The amount of time you spend talking and listening to us in the community is huge and its also something that i think is very rare to see these days. I for one hope this "fail" (i dont enjoy calling it a fail couse i dont think it was) with the US studio turns out to ***** you too much and that you can move on and keep improving because if you ask me you HAVE improved ALOT!!

We’re also sorry to see the US studio closing after two years. Cards produced there costed us twice as much, we lost money on every sigle of them, we could not fix all the technical issues and the quality of the girls increased at the end because we started to pay them way more, expecting for the sales to follow, but that did not happen. I was not going to keep producing cards with silly production costs ending up with a lower technical quality. It technically seems easy to film and post produce girls in 4K on a blue screen but it isn’t. It seems easy to cast the best girls but it isn’t (strippers won’t work with us, nor do cam-girls, famous names are often past their best). We might come back to the US on the east coast in the future, or fly American girls here, but for 2017 we’re going to focus on eastern european girls and we’ll meet our quality standards in terms of girls and technical quality because we produce at home.

As for the American girls to perform better, I don’t think it has anything to do with the girl’s origin. We cast all girls on pictures and you never know how good of a dancer and it what mood she is going to be before she shows up and it has never anything to do with where she comes from.

Despite all the difficulties we had, and the production costs, I’m very happy we’ve been able to add 40 American girls to iStripper.
