My impression from Rex's comments is that xxx cards still cost more than regular cards. This should not be, and if they do cost more they should be scrapped. That money needs to be saved and used to get better performers, or improve quality of past cards. If girls wants to use a dildo in their show that should be allowed and the show can be marked as explicit, if a girl wants to be paid a little more for a dildo that should be a part of the contract just like how some girls want more money because they are more experienced. I hope for the best for totem and I think simplifying the product and getting better girls is the answer. There are not a lot of viola's, nekanes, merry pies, but money can help get more to come to the company. We are at a crossroads in the "porn" industry. Video stuff is being pirated at record rates, girls are gravitating towards webcaming, which is also now being pirated at increasing rates. Girls are then selling individual videos, which are immediately pirated, and it seems that software based technology has a huge advantage...in that it is nearly impossible to pirate as long as it is updated. Cut the gimmicks and start bringing in world class girls again...I bet the demand grows as hot girls stop going into the pirated porn world.

Altough the improvements that will be added by the new xxx rated format is very promising and seems I have to give it is fair chance. It comes a little bit closer of what Deskbabes was. By reading your comment I just get more realize 'Deskbabes is maybe over, history'. How likely will it be the Old Format will be in production, like Deskbabes in the future? I think not, it is a very sad day for me today.

But did the Team read my 'Idea and Suggestion' about the third type of Card? I really did hoped 'All' customers to be satified, the other 33% aswell.

Thanks for your input about the new format for XXX cards. @Terbone I have a lot of respect for your opinion, but 67% of voters think we should continue with the new format and improve it.

So we plan to keep the current format, make improvements and do another round of poll and questions in a few months about it.

1) The models are going to introduce themselves again, as they did in the old format.
2) Unless there has been mistakes, we’re recording the sound in all very explicit clips. We can’t record sound when the models are dancing since they are listening to music and we can’t broadcast that.
3) We’re going to give up on XXX clip where the models are standing, it just does not look right.
4) There will be a minimum of 3 XXX clips on the table of 5mn minimum duration each where fingers and different dildos will be used.

This will bring back XXX cards one step closer to what they were but less repetitive/boring. Let’s talk again when the first one gets released next fall.

Okay yeah I had it installed on an older machine that I no longer use but come to think of it I already have it installed on two but will be uninstalling it on one and installing on another...but that will be some time from now...thanks again! 😎

Create more Options, Create more Variety, Open our wide-span of choices: this is the way of thinking I support as feedback towards a company. - Shrink, Limit, Single-Product & One Type is way of thinking in my opining is very bad for the company & customers. I hope my feedback is appreciated, altough it doesn't really meet the features of the DNA of the Product. But I prefer to see both types of software and not only VirtuaGirl.

@thefister - there are all sorts of different types of cards that Totem could produce, including "really hard" and over the years several different specialities have been suggested in this forum. There are some I would buy and many others that I would not.

If your "really hard" cards, or other speciality cards, could be produced with no impact on either the rate of production or the cost of the current style of cards then there would be little objection to them provided that they were presented as entirely different products and kept separate from the main iStripper product in the same way that the male stripper cards currently are treated.

As I see it, the problem is that any new "speciality" cards will probably not sell well enough to justify Totem producing them - even if they did not cost more to produce due to increased model fees. Totem could subsidise them, but this would probably require increasing the price of other cards which would hardly be popular and could in turn result in fewer cards being purchased.

There is also the problem that Totem only have a limited capacity to produce and release cards. I have no idea how much spare capacity they have but it is likely that producing a new range of cards could only be done either by adding new facilities or by reducing the number of other cards being produced.

If the range cards offered were to be expanded there are some of us that would prefer that the expansion was in the opposite direction to that favoured by you - e.g. to include "modern burleseque" shows in the style of Dita von Tease where the emphasis is on glamour - but the arguments I outlined above against "really hard" cards apply equally to these.

Since we can choose between classic and XXX format, I think that the XXX format should be really XXX, with no restriction.
We must find new XXX shows to improve it by looking what we can find in strip clubs around the world.
I agree that iStripper is first made to show girl's dancing, but if we look what sort of shows we can find in real clubs, some offer classical show (that we already have) and some other offer really hard shows.
I think that iStripper must offer a large variety of the choices. Each one of us just have to choose what sort of show he/she wants to watch on his/her computer.

I think what hasn't been mentioned in the discussion so far (as far as I can tell/remember), but what makes a huge difference, is the performers involved.

The problem is that Totem pics the models only via pictures. So if an xxx-card is made would have to be chosen spontaniousely, after they've seen the model actually performing. This could lead to whole months without xxx-cards and then maybe xxx boosts, depending on the invited models. Also I'm not sure, if Totem would be fine with doing such spontanious choices. I totally see your point though - except that I found the old xxx cards mostly not that repetitive - especially when standing clips were mixed with table clips. And also the performer was a quite important indicator for the quality of a show.

This 'Week-end Sales' sucks again, if you already have them all, like me!

I bought almost all duos long ago before this SIGNIFICANT offer for a HUGE amount of these cards... It's was might to save a lot of my money for buying new releases, but I can't return the time back, these hundreds of cards already purchased and no advantages here for "five-six diamonds", who have 2500+ cards can't have a notable savings by such good offer for many other members.

The new releases are good also (here is the best Gloria's show, amazing Katya's charm, and so on), but these shows won't getting worse later, so for me is better just waiting when they will accessible with bigger discount like a Black Friday cashback or +50/+100 on recharge. Of course we can get them with additional -12% from Previews tab, but I can't constantly watch there, so I doubt I'll buy the credits again due to very high cost of the currency for me, and I understand Totem can't take it into count, the same as can't give to "five-six diamonds" more than already given for triple diamonds. Yes, 1500 purchased cards are not equal to 2500 or to 3000, these levels are not the same, but seems the 45% discount (with additional -12%) is a maximum that possible to give without lost the profit to continue the production.

I feel the self here as a foolish one from the crowd due to I already bought all I wanted except only new cards, most of TGIFs reminds me that the best tactic for me a now is just waiting with no purchases at all until the appropriate offer. Or just forget about new releases in a whole playing already purchased shows and be happy with it )) I wish to all the nice additions to your collections, my time ends, the sunrise is coming ))

I think what hasn't been mentioned in the discussion so far (as far as I can tell/remember), but what makes a huge difference, is the performers involved. Even if you have the same new-xxx format with performers like Tina Kay or Naomi Benett and Rebecca Volpetti and Milana, the performances of the first two feel very much different than the latter two. Even if you have only a few clips with sounds, and no scenes in all of the cards, with Tina and Naomi I feel that the entire show is part of an xxx scenario that is building towards the final scenes, with Rebecca and Milana not so much, this is much more like a regular show with some xxx clips with sounds added onto it, making it feel less organic and a thing of its own than the other two. So, from my point of view I think the new format can produce very good and interesting cards (and from my perspective, more interesting than some old style xxx cards with 3 scenes becoming repetitive), if they are tweaked a little more in the xxx direction and if you get a sense the model is working up to the final scenes. So, I am probably closest to what KatzPaw has suggested here.

And, I would add that for this to work you really need performers that can make it work. In my estimate, Tina Kay was great in doing so and this week, Naomi Bennett. Estonika's were good, too, but with her also the regular recent shows were so xxx-heavy, that ironically the actuall xxx shows didn't feel so special as simply a continuation of what she did in the other shows with sound and toys (not a bad thing, but made the xxx card not stand out as much).

This is a sale I have been waiting. And I must admit, I have been waiting this afternoon for something to come up, to kow how to spend my weekend(credits). So much to check out here! Thanks for this, Totem Team!

And really interesting week, too, apart from some usual favorites (Niemira, Naomi), I especially liked Katrina's performance (and performance makes all the different in this show, usually not the fan of army outfits, or the very skinny type, but still a great show!)

I think the name iStripperXXX is a misnomer. It implies ~'anything goes', and thats not what Totem's core business is about. For instance, I don't think it implies girls doing unpleasant/***** acts. I don't think the extreme penetrations (oversize toys, anal etc.) are called for enough by mainstream members, to warrant their overuse.
It boils down to what Totem have to pay more for. Voluntary fingers/hand wise masturbation should not attract a higher model fee loading imho. Its just that the law thinks anything penetration, including fingers searching the g-spot needs to be xxxx. However imho anything skin on same skin is acceptable by mainstream as 'erotic' now rather than porn, and that should not interfere with most masturbation to Climax portrayals here.
