I'm a fan of natural ones myself. As others said, they have to fit the girl. Sandra H's tiny pair fit her small frame, where as Jenny McClain's huge ones suit her.

Something about the shape too makes some more appealing than others. Implants aren't that bad if they aren't that noticeable. But someone like Sendy Silver, for example, just looks disgusting with her's; they look "so" fake (not to mention those lips, Eh!).

Natural is always the best. I prefer small or flat ones, but no matter what the size, they should always be natural. NEVER fool around with Mother Nature! She just might get angry with you.

Sorry, as soon as I saw it, I had a sudden urge to immediately page down, lol, as I started to feel queasy.

She's the lowest rated card in my collection, and falls into the "What was Totem thinking" category.
