Ive noticed on a few clips on some of the girls I have, some of them move & dance quicker than normal as though you were watching the animation sped up a little. Some of the clips look slightly un-natural! Do the girls actually dance & move at this speed or has the footage been sped up a bit, I cant quite tell?

This could be related to your computer and graphics. In the past I've seen the show slow down and then speed up as if to catch up... not seen this happening on my new more powerful computer.
As far as I know all animations are run at normal "live performance" speed. If your computer "lags" the motion is slowed down to handle the situation without skipping frames. This might give the illusion that the show runs faster all of a sudden.

Ive seen it happen on Natali Blonds Coconut Milk show...the clip was a shortish one & she seemed to move & dance a little too quick. Its happened on a couple of other cards which I cant remember too.
I have a Packard Bell AMD Athlon XP-M 2400+, 1.79Ghz, 480 MB RAM Laptop, bought in 2003. I get occasional lag, especially when running other programmes but usually its alright. I quite suprised VGHD runs so well on it :) I thought id get loads of lag when I first installed back in October.
