In her video she is shown wearing a black polka dot dress in a few of the clips. She looks very classy. What happened to that card? Will it ever be released?

There is no card. The card numbers are in order, flanked by other girls on either side. There are usually 5-6 outfits that Totem makes into cards (including any duos). The duo card was made instead of the polka dot one.

I got all that...but who's to say the black polka dot dress show won't show up at a later date? Her Lollipop card #319 popped up out of the blue with no other cards to go along with it.
