I also would like to comment about individuals clearly not voting for their actual preference but to insure that every girl gets one vote. Come on the ladder is long enough as is. If a girl can't get one real vote pull her off the ladder. Do you really think that when she sees the post (highly doubtful) she'll feel better for receiving a single vote?
