Daylight Savings Time Update @everybody

As you may or may not know, North America will go to Daylight Savings Time this weekend (Sunday morning) As Paris does not go to Daylight Savings Time until March 30, 2014, in North America the next 3 weeks voting each day will begin 1 hour later (example in Chicago instead of starting at 5 A.M. voting will start at 6 A.M.) So everybody in the U.S. & Canada please keep this in mind until Paris catches up with us.
