guess, the main reason for registering to VGHD site is to collect VG cards....
What else?
Also, discussions at forum pages hosted at VGHD Site go after cards and their protagonists, that to say the girls.

The number of registered users at VGDH site is over 12,000,000.....
Many new registered members enter the community each a day.
How many of them are Card collectors?
How many of them did buy at least one card?
Very few indeed!

I start thinking some site privileges should be restricted to card owner: that to say registered members that bought at least few cards.

Totem stated many times that they are open to everyone who want to try VGHD. There are some privileges, like votes (they are pointless IMO, but that is still a privilege), forums for platinum and VIPs, VIP cards...

Guess the privilege of contacting other members (by PM) and the chance of asking friendship should be restricted too, in my opinion.

I received friendship requests by registered memebers not owning cards, not posting here and not active at all..... but all, they did not reply to my PM... a matetr of courtesy.
Then, some of the new registered members (and again not card owners) I contacted did not reply at all to my PMs and friendship requests.
Guess this people just visit the site, activate own regitration and the disappear.

Well, maybe you are right, it depends of personal point of view towards VGHD site and product.

Don't see what the big deal is, really.

I think this is a great idea! You should be at least Silver member (10 cards) to be able to ask friendship and chat. As it is now I also get almost daily requests from "spam" accounts asking for my friendship.

Other than that, I think there are enough restrictions and incentives already to separate those with no cards and those who have invested money in the software.

Well, as an idea, I could suggest Card Free Trailes should be downlodable for free by everyone: it could promote card buying too...... Card Free Trailes usage could be, as an example, restricted over time.... may be a couple of weeks will be okay to decide if a card is worth of being bought.
Anyawy users privileges (access to the forum boards, Private Messageing and Friendship signature) should be restricted to Bronze or superior level member.
I'm quite disapppointed by being bothered with requests and PMs by members that bought not cards at all.

Indeed I see not deal or advantages to anyone in thousands of void registrations that looks and works like spammers.
You need not to register to prove your interest in VG universe: you have to access to cards, buying them!

I just got proof spammers are targeting VGDH side.
Indeed, I received friendship requests by two registered users with same nick (but a character, same avatar and same country: and none of them bought just a card!!!!!

I never accept a freind request from non card holders, unless they are cute females.
