At any rate, I have only 9 tickets after playing 100 scratchoffs (1 bar) SO I acquired 8 by playing. I see that it is now offering double tickets, but I gave Totem enough of my money already in this event...

Totem must allow its best customers to acquire these cards outside games of chance.

This would be true recognition, for their loyalty, and would encourage people to acquire the entire collection, to finally get those cards.

Obviously those who would like to obtain these cards by the "Gambling", could always prevail of this means.

Following games of chance, and after a while, those who do not have the entire collection, could also acquire these cards with a cost of acquisition, which could go down, depending on the number of cards that people have.

Exactly! It is gambling indeed. And it would be possible to spend 1000 credits (nearly $100 US) to get just one joker card to buy a SEC that we have missed. I don't see how that is rewarding loyalty. In my "Customers With Complete Collections Are Big Losers" thread, I voiced this sentiment. Only because I did not want to miss YET ANOTHER hot redhead card I finally succumbed to the siren's song against my better judgment and set an upper limit of 250 credits in the hole on updating a joker card. I actually managed to get it with a net loss of 166 credits. So I lost my reload bonus (to be expected) and spent another 66 credits on two SECs. Nothing else was won on 100 scratchoffs.

If I had spent those 250 credits before obtaining the joker card, I would have been irate and would definitely have parted ways with Totem. I came very, very, very close ast year, and was majorly disappointed to see yet more of the same this year. The possibility of having to spend 1000 credits on one SEC is *****! I've seen people say that they would pay as much as 350 credits for one. THAT TOO is obscene! So yeah, rather than feeling love from Totem as a faithful customer, I am feeling *****, and resentful...

If you want to reward loyalty, offer a joker card to members with complete collections a few months after every release of a SEC for a REASONABLE price, say 50 credits...

That's why we have decided to work on new means to obtain special event cards NOT based only on luck but as rewards for your LOYALTY.

I wouldn't object to that but others may. It isn't just the price, it also a matter of trust between those who have the SECs and Totem. Totem said that these would never be available for sale. Many of us jumped through hoops and made significant outlays to obtain those cards because of that statement.

The Melena Card cost me around 250 credits. I would certainly be upset if Totem offered it for sale for any less..

For some of us, that trust was breached long ago when cards that were promised to us "forever" (the first iterations of Virtuagirl) were made unavailable. Even now that trend continues with disappearing videos and models who get yanked without proper advance notice to customers.

Regarding your feeling like Totem putting these cards up for sale would be a breach of trust, I'm not with you on that. You made the decision to spend as many as 250 credits for a card based on that information, yet at the same time, that card has been in your collection to enjoy all this time. What I don't think is fair is making ANY card unavailable for sale after a reasonable amount of time has passed.

Totem could release SECs in the same manner they do now, where the customer has the option to pay the exorbitant cost of owninng it immediately, or he could buy it later at a less exorbitant price. I would appreciate this option as I travel and am not able to be home to use my software for every promotion. Because of this, I have missed out on several SECs that I want very badly.

I am a loyal customer who has all the currently available cards (plus a few) who is willing to outlay what I believe is a reasonable amount (to me) where necessary for the SEC cards.

So am I, minus a few SECs, and I certainly would not begrudge anybody a card they wanted very badly simply because I DECIDED to pay an arm an a leg for it at some earlier date...

@Number6 did the exact same thing with those VR shows. As far as the glasses issue I'm the same way just keep the VR lenses clean and you should be good to go. Last thing. If you feel like the head set is uncomfortable in the front use a folded wash Cloth to buffer between the headset and forhead. It is very comfortable if you are going to be in it for an extended period, I hope this helps you.

There was an additional TGIF award for Friday. Any lottery tickets obtained by playing on Friday were doubled so that may be where you got your "bonus" tickets.

Personally I have 12 lottery tickets which was more or less what I needed to get Jia Lissa's SEC and the Joker plus a few spins on the Slot Machine.

I'm not really a gambler by nature (I don't gamble in real life) so I tend to stop on iStripper when I have what I want.

@Z22 - As I don't use the previews I have not noticed the change that you speak of. But it seems to me that despite that change you should be seeing the same number of discounted cards as you did before no matter how often or how infrequently you check - you may have a shorter period in which to get the discount on any particular card but should be seeing other discounted cards instead - or does it not work that way.

I forgot to say as well as the timer change from 1 hour (girl is pushed off list so offer is lost) to 15mins they also are now random rather than every third girl as they used to be, and have a random % off betweeen 10 and 25.

More often than not when i check the tab there is nothing on offer at all. For those who know about the other offer and can wait it's not much of a problem, it's just totem that lose out.

Thanks for the silver decoration! I normally don't post or comment that much but this month I worked on my review backlog. That's all done now so I won't be anywhere near the top next time. I'll enjoy it while it lasts.

No idea when I got bonus tickets. Total play was 217 Scratch cards & a few Slot spins.
Scratch Game is where I got Jia's SEC. Then I got to middle of first bar where I got a popup saying I had won it again.
Well maybe that's where I got bonus tickets ? Ended game play with more credits then I started with.
Got tired of scratching, but Joker & SEC & 63 chances at prize , not bad !

I tried al the options but as soon as i tried too play the 3 or 4 K shows, when I try to go full screen and above 100 % the sound problem was there again..

I am on 3rd reward bar and it is taking 100 credits to move to next ticket reward. I think that was same on first bar. So 1000 credits to complete bar. I am mostly spending on Scratch, but do not think it matters where credits are spent (P Packs, S Game, S Machine).
First reward bar ticket rewards were one each, as I remember, second and third bar they jumped to two each. I completed 2.2 reward bars, so 2.2 x 10 x2 =44, but somewhere I must have got bonus tickets, did not note where, but I am up to 63 tickets.
Anyone know about those bonus tickets, or at what point you get them ? ?

I kept going to get more Lottery Tickets. Got both Jia's SEC and Joker on first bar.
Actually got Jia's SEC twice, 1st via scratch win, 2nd via rewards bar, which did nothing but splash a win popup, but nothing extra. Or maybe that's where I got those bonus tickets.
I see by posts a lot are having good luck, as I am. I'm on plus side of credit balance, won more than spent, plus SEC & Joker !

Seconded on the puzzlement that this information is only available in the forum AND if you have posted a comment somewhere AND then guessing that clicking on your own profile next to that will do anything at all (but as TheEmu says only on posts you have made, not are going to make or the rather convoluted method posted by Wyldanimal)
How anyone is supposed to figure this out on their own is beyond me.

I've spend ~50 credit on events and still have just one lottery ticket...

How are tickets to the Lottery earned?
I have spent to get the Jia Lissa "Special Event Card".

So graphics say I have 8 tickets, and the text says 7.

Why do you now find the preview tab now useless ? What do you have the "Free Preview Push" push control set to ?

I have it set to 10 min push as i had from the start.

The problem is that now rather then the price reductions lasting 1 hour they now last 15 mins, whereas before you used to be able to check the preview tab once an hour and there were up to 3 girls on offer, this made it worthwhile leaving the app running. Now unless you check every 15 mins you can miss them (f-that for a game). This had lead me to very rarely buy anything from the preview tab as it's just too much hassle, there are other problems with it like the endless stream of girls i would never buy, but that a seperate issue that has been there much longer and is related to the ratings system.

Now because i'm not buying the girls on my wishlist at 15% (old reduction) i wait till the 4th card free TGIF which works out at 25% off, this is a 10% loss for totem. Now that isn't much of a big deal if i'm the only one doing that, but am I the only one?

I would say very lucky... I also bought exactly 80 scratch cards... everytime the special event card came up, never won it (probably maybe 10 times total I think) and evertime the 100 credits came up, never won it (maybe 4 times). Won 50 credits maybe once possibly twice. Did get about 15 or so very old would have never bought cards.... its a shame they dont have your wish list cards come up with more of a chance, at least then it wouldnt be so bad.... but I was mainly going for the new SEC and joker card which I got so at least their is that. The good thing about it is, once I got the joker card, I was able to stop playing the scratch games and probably will never play them again. I got my SEC of Jia Lissa and my joker so all is good... no more gambling for something that never has a win even when the SEC is the prize... its always 2 out of the 3 $......

Add me to the list... Black Friday purchase so yeah...

@Wyldanimal 's method using a post preview is a useful fallback if you happen to know it (and if your member name is such that it works). However, it is not one that someone new to the forums would think of. It has always seemed strange to me that clicking on you own avatar nect to the "Answer This Topic" text box that I am currently typing into does not bring up this graph whereas clicking on the same avatar anywhere else in the forums will do so.

Also, I feel that this information should be available outside the forums - in particular as a tab on the member's profile page. It would also make sense as an option on the "My Collection" page or even on the "Girls Store" page where a it could be made use of to answer questions like "for what models do I almost have complete collections" or "for what models do I have no cards" the answers to either of which may then lead to extra sales.

I typically get the advent calenar since I like the novel idea of it. I also finally go to use the 100 dollar credit option since I've missed the previous one.

The odd thing is I generally don't like tatoos, particularly large ones, but i hardly seem to notice Liya Silver's tatoo even though it is rather large. It must be that I am getting distracted by something.

I'm fixin' to get distracted by something right now!

Seriously though, contact customer support if you genuinely think that there has been some error. But I recommend that you first keep very sharp eye on your playing and number of credits. You say that "some of your wins" show up in your account history. That's very vague. For me, every single win that I had showed up there, and it should be same for you. Maybe you missed something (some of your plays or some of the reimbursements in your account)?
