Happy Lunar New Year everybody!

A lot of news for you at this occasion, with a new slot machine and its new gains, the release of a chinese show embodied by the fantastic Sophie Ink -our new comer, my favorite show of Eva Elfie (with her cute ahegao face), our Talent of 2019 and a new Special Event card featuring Kaisa Nord in a BDSM outfit.

SPECIAL EVENT CARD:

And if you're a user of VRParadise, don't miss our special event on Steam as well :-P

SLOT MACHINE - Lunar New Year

For the Lunar New Year event, we have decided to boost our usual slot machine with more chances to win and more gains!
Not only ou can win up to 100% discounts on the drawn cards and up to 5 000 credits for free, but now you can also win a joker card and the MEGA JACKPOT!

New comers, here is how it works:

Go to the Featured tab of iStripper and visit the slot machine page.
This slot machine has 4 rolls with cards and stars plus one roll with the discount applied to the cards drawn.

Gains
If you spin for one credit, you can get: 5%, 20%, 30% and 50% discounts.
If you spin for two credits, you can get: 10%, 20%, 30%, 50% and 70% discounts.
If you spin for five credits, you can get: 20%, 30%, 50%, 70% and 100% discounts.

But that's not all! You can also win real credits when you see a star on the line :
1 star: 1 credit added to your account
2 stars: 5 credits added to your account
3 stars: 50 credits added to your account
4 stars: 1000 credits added to your account.

--> If you spin for 2 credits, you double the gains above, and if you spin for 5 credits, you multiply the above gains by five!

JOKER CARDS:

Align the five letters of the word J O K E R on the slot machine and you win a joker card, directly added in first position in your collection.

You can then exchange this joker card for any card of the store, including one of the Special Event cards, that enrich today with the release of Kaisa Nord Special Event card "No Safe Word".

MEGA JACKPOT:

Every time you get a star (or 2 or 3 or 4) on your slot draw, not only you win the free credits associated to this draw, but it also highlights one (or 2 or 3 or 4) star(s) on the mega jackpot zone. Once you have cumulated six stars, you get the right to try your luck on the Mega Jackpot by pressing the Mega Jackpot button FOR FREE.

The mega jackpot is made of the cumulation of a percentage of the credits spent on the slot machine by all the community.

OK - now I am completely bemused.

In the Background 2D scene folder I created a folder called temp.

I copied and pasted the .scn and the cache files to it. In the Background2D folder itself I renamed the *.scn files to *.old.

All the Background 2D scenes I had disappeared from the Fullscreen tab in the GUI which is as I expected.

I started iStripper playing in desktop mode with 3 small size models. I right clicked on one and launched fullscreen from the wheel. I did this several times with dfifferent models. Each time a random fullscreen launched correctly both 2D and 3D camera versions.

For the first *.old file created I renamed this to Background 2D.scn. The scene appeared in the fullscreen list and played correctly from there. I put iStripper back into desktop mode with 3 models and right clicked on one and launched fullscreen from the wheel. It started with a completely random scene. I tried this 15 or 20 times and each time a different random scene started.

I deleted this Background 2D.scn file and renamed another of the *.old files to Background 2D.scn and repeated the testing above. Again fullscreen launched from the model's wheels correctly with each scene being random and a mixture of 2D and 3D camera scenes.

I repeated this for the remaining *.old files (deleting the previouslu created Background 2D.scn. On all occasions fullscreen launched correcly.

I copied the original *.scn files from the temp folder into the main folder. All 4 variants of the scene were again available and each one played correctly when launched from the Fullscreen Tab in the GUI.

I again started iStripper in desktop mode and continued to randomly launch fullscreen using one of the "playing" models. I did this 40 or 50 times and each time fullscreen launched correctly with a completely random scene. Not once did the Background 2D.scn start.

As a finall test I quit and restarted iStripper and then repeated the fullscreen launch testing using the models.

I have been unable to get it to go wrong since and as I said at the start I am now somewhat bemused. by this.

@fitfan

I am not seeing exactly what you are seeing but there definitely seems to be something wrong with the selection of Fullscreen when sending a model from the desktop to fullscreen.

About 66% of the time it goes to the background 2D scene rather than random fullscreen scenes. In 20 "sends" to fullscreen it went to the Background 2D screen 12 times and a random dfiferent fullscreen 8 times. It doesn't start with the same picture everytime though (for me).

I have somewhwere in the region of 350 fullscreen scenes active so it going to Background 2D more than once in 20 attempts is statistically unlikely - let alone 12 times.

If I disable the Background 2D scene then it seems to work normally with the fullscreen selected being pretty much random and no obvious repeats.

There definitely seems to be something wrong. I don't often use the send to full screen from the desktop option. The last time was in the run up to Christmas and I was using it to get screenshots for the Advent Calendar artwork. Then I only had about 40 Xmas scenes enabled and Background 2D was disabled.

With regard to the wrong model being selected when it goes to fullscreen I have seen this occasionally. For some reason it selects a fullscreen scene where the playing model didn't have any suitable clips.

Normally if you play fullscreen by selecting one and starting it, it will always choose cards that have suitable clips.

Sorry I don't have an answer other than disable Background 2D for the present.

Try posting it in Bugs and Fixes. It may get noticed in there.
