Is this true? if I reach double diamond I get free fan signs? and triple diamond free outfits?
it shows in My Collection when I hover over the next badge unlock (for me it says 750 Double Diamond Level)

no, now, every one can access the Fansign forum. and Yes, you can win fansigns for free. Check the Studio section to find out :)
