I just found a fix yesterday for my machine, try this. Go into your firewall and disable all firewalls, find the VirtuaGirlHD folder in your Program Files(x86) and right click it then press delete. After you've moved it to the trash bin download iStripper again and right click and hit Run as Administrator. Try that and see if it works :)
@sam1to4 You can register again with your actual login&password in the settings tab of the software.
