So can you download the model from your mobile and if you can do you have to have your phone left on until it

You don't download them from the web, or from your Phone.
You make the Purchase only...
On the PC or MAC with the App installed, ( As long as it's open )

on the advance settings you also Must have the Automatic Download Purchased shows turned on
( I am Not sure if there is an event timer that refreshes the list of purchased shows?? )

So that when you make the WEB purchase, the App running on your PC or MAC will then Automatically download the New Show.

This Function Needs to be confirmed !!!
( If the iStripper GUI, doesn't automatically connect to the server and refresh the purchased cars, then the Automatic download will not start )

It would be awesome to have a mobile app but only to buy and download the model from the phone but don't see the
model perform until you get to your PC.

This is just an observation and not a complaint.

I am pretty sure that little if anything in the GUI automatically refreshes very often if at all.

I have made mention of this issue in a previous team member conversation I had a while back but I must have deleted it since I can't find it to reference here.

I leave my GUI running on my home machine 24/7. When I come in, in the morning, the latest posts list in the forum is exactly where I left it the night before. I have to manually refresh it.

On my system at least, the Forum posts do not auto refresh, the Featured Carousel does not auto refresh, the PM's and Service Tickets at that end of the forum do not automatically refresh either. If I want to see if there is anything new I have to either quit the program and restart it or "syncronize with servers" from settings. Sometimes there is no visible change doing the Sync thing and I end up doing it a couple times before anything changes.

When I bought the booster packs, the cards showed up on my collection but they were grey and I had to manually click to get them to start downloading. No push to start download there either. I have "auto download" checked but it doesn't seem to function on my GUI.

It seems that Totem's servers don't automatically "Push" new stuff very often or at all from my point of view. I rather suspect that unless this is "operator error" on my part (which is entirely possible) that this is deliberate to save bandwidth. I am not unhappy or whining about it just that I have noticed it and now know that I have to manually update if I want to see new stuff.

I'm using Win10 64bits, and when a new is posted in the Info tab of the features, I receive automatically a notification in the notification center of Windows. That's all.

I have few issues with web page, that are making it useless as it is now:

• can't open pictures for purchased cards (other than free samples)
• couldn't open videos (OK, on mobile phones that's probably not the best idea anyway, but still)
• the worst for the last: page has super-annoying left menu that on my iPhone (old one, I admit) "hides" 1/2 of the screen and makes browsing the page ***** in the behind. It looks to me like it's a language selection, but it just won't go away.

So... thank you. But "no" thank you.

It will be nice to get an abbility to browse all galleries which are connected to account. Not only a few images

There's a known bug in the automatic download and has been for several versions. Even if you purchase the card from within the software the download doesn't start automatically as claimed.

In earlier versions on the old website the automatic download only worked if you had the software running on the same computer as you bought the card.

I have the software on two different computers and to my knowledge it's been ages since automatic download worked on 2 simultaneous installs... IF it has ever worked!?

I don't keep the Automatic Download turned on..
Never have...
All my Downloads are done Manually, because I don't want my collection to Automatically update and overwrite Test versions of the cards.

when I check that box, this is what I get as a popup..
Of course, I answer NO, and then UnCheck the Option again..

If you press the "X" that is beside your username on that annoying half-screen menu, that menu will disappear. I too use an older iPhone.

@jununger I'm not aware of the automatic download not working if you have two simultaneous installs, I'll test this up. Is anyone else reporting the automatic download to be non working?
It is working for me, I just added a girl to my collection from my phone and saw my computer starting the download a few seconds after.
It's one of the major points of this update, being able to add girls to your collection from your phone and let your computer download it without being in front of it.

I know for a fact that if I buy a card on my home machine, my "mobile" small machine does not automatically download the card and never has. Auto downloads is enabled on both. Works both ways as well because I have occasionally used my mobile machine when out of town to make a card choice or two and have had to update my home machine manually when I got back home even though it was running the GUI all the time while I was gone.

In the last weeks since it's been raining here, I have had my small machine sitting right next to my home machine with the GUI running 24/7 and just sitting there. I've bought quite a few cards in my boredom and most of the time they start downloading right away on the machine I use to make the choices. However without fail my other machine sitting there running right next to me doesn't update and doesn't download anything without me telling it to manually.

The only thing different in settings between my two machines is that I do not allow P2P on my mobile machine because it uses very expensive cellular data unless I am at a hotel with decent wifi.

Just give us a iStripper android app already so we can watch the shows on our mobile devices.

Would love to see a nice little .apk file that I can cross load onto my phone and Kindle from my P.C.

Google, Amazon and Apple can go frig themselves as far as I am concerned, the prudes...

The phone is a little small but the Kindle would be awsome.

Just bought Pepper Xo's "Fun First Date" via the web site with my Amazon Kindle.

Waited about 10 minutes and went to check my home PC.

Had a 1 by "My Collection" and her card was listed inside there but greyed out.

The card still needs to be manually downloaded at this stage.

I'll leave it that way until tomorrow to see if it starts to auto download at midnight or something.

Is that what your developers had in mind?

I did 3 different tests buying the cards released today and this is what I found.

1, I bought the first card via my mobile. The software wasn't running on any of my 2 computers. I then started the software on one of my computer and the card was added to my account. I did however not start to download automatically.

2, I bought the second card from within the software on one of my computers. The second computer was not on. The card was added to my computer and the download started. I then started my second computer. Both cards was added to that second computer but none of them automatically started to download on my second install.

3, I bought card number three via my mobile. Both computers were running the software and the card was added to the account of both computers. But again no automatic download.

Both computers run 64bit Windows 10 version 1607 with all standard updates installed. (I'm not a member of the Windows Insider Program). My mobile run Android 6 and I was using the Google Chrome app to visit the website from my phone.

Hope this info helps in finding and correcting the problem.

Buying via the site works easily, although automatic downloading does not for me (well I see, you already found the solution).
Not a real problem - just had to click the grey cards.

The search function in the GUI however is way superior to the web site one - would make shopping sprees via the site a little easier :D

If I go onto the web and buy cards there, will it stop me from buying them until I reach a higher level, will it let me buy them but not download them or will it let me both buy and download them? UPDATE: I can buy from the website older shows that I cannot get from the Girl Store. I can then download the card and play both the shows and the film clips. Really nice since I enjoyed many models that have now aged and moved on with their lives.

I suspect we have a different definition of "old", or something else is broken on mine... ;) X doesn't have any effect. And I've tried many things already (including installation of a different browser). What makes it even more annoying is the fact that in horizontal mode it's worse than in vertical: rarther than see more in that mode I see less because this white margin grows. :(

And for me the worst part is that I can download photos, to be honest. Why? I understand that making the code work on mobile is difficult, so I can understand why Viola will probably never dance with Nancy on my phone, but pictures/videos shouldn't be too hard I guess...?

My Experience was the same as @jununger
The cards bought on my Android Mobile Device, are add almost instantly to My Collection on the PC with iStripper open, But Automatic Downloads Did Not start.
Even Quitting, and re-starting iStripper, did not Start the Automatic Download.

I see your Response, that a New Beta with a possible fix will be out.
I'll try to test again when that comes out...
