Well for me it doesn't matter if the breasts are natural or not but whether they look appropriate for the girl. So in other words; 1)they don't look like they are about to burst but rather hang a bit, 2)large but not too large for the girls size, 3)a good ratio with curves of the hips, legs and butt, 4)The separation while maintaining a full rack (AKA size A, B can be farther apart while C need to be closer) and 5) distinction of the areola and nipple.

I'll provide an example of breasts I do and do not like but for my favorite girl, I need to think about that.

Aletta's breast look too tight from them being nearly perfectly circular with that size though with her curves the size isn't that big of an issue. The nipple is a bit too high and small and the areola may be too light for how dark she is.

Pussycat's figure is looks very young and innocent which has little to nill curves, so I think her breasts are too big and perky to fit her body also they seem a little too far apart.

Obviously they are both beautiful women and Pussycat undoubtedly puts on great shows but just trying to give examples of breasts that I don't find attractive personally.
