Sounds like a good idea.

A free site with forums for everyone in the world to visit (its not like it would be restricted to members here) and discuss whatever they want, perhaps even VGHD.

Good luck keeping them on topic and controlling the bandwidth costs.

It will be interesting to see what it turns out like.
