Tried my "luck" again, still @#$@$@! by Totem.
275 Tickets
only 16 times did the SEC appear on a ticket, 2 S everytime
Spent a bit over 500 credits, so $50ish USD, 44 Euros, still did not get either of the 2 cards I wanted. I'm an incredibly good customer of Totem, my collection speaks to that and I buy every card that I really want, so all of the cards that I "won" are worthless to me.
This type of contest is as I said in my first post, incredibly disrepectful to the customer. No grocery store, shop, restaurant could ever get away with this type of deal/sale. This isn't even the same as gambling, because the only reason anyone is playing this game is to get one of 2 things: the SEC cards, which can't be acquired in any other way; or a cheap way of filling up their collection, which by the numbers this is a bit more expensive than the special deals/packs that are normally run. In a casino, you are literally just trying to win back money, that's not even possible in this case, as you receive back credits instead of cash.
Totem, you really need to answer the customer complaints about the actual basis for this, instead of ignoring them and only replying to technical questions.
