And since I do not trust Totem, or anything written by their people since the onset of their cash grab schemes and introduction of SEC in their store I can go one step further into the realm of horror and let my paranoia run wild. Just think about this bad dream - “Premium membership will be required to partake in any promotion where a Special Event Card is offered.”

Such things have not been said, but considering the company it is entirely possible that this and worse things can happen.

@cruisingaround = as has been explained several times before when the non-XXX shows are filmed the models are dancing to music. Totem will not have the rights to distribute this music, so there is no sound on these cards.

I would rather have sound on all the shows not just the XXX ones,

It depends on what you mean by 'big difference'. There is some difference but not as pronounced as from 1080 to 3K.
Suppose it also depends on the resolution of your monitor. I'm upgrading to a 4k one soon so for me it was a simple decision.

I also would appreciate being able to pay this way, but you have to look at it from Totem's point of view. Paying with previously bought credits is not the same as paying directly with cash. if we pay with cash then Totem immediately receive the money, However if we pay with credits that we have already bought Totem get nothing at all in the short term only the possibility, but not the certainty, that we will buy more credits at some time in the future, Getting paid now is far better than possibly (or even certainly) being paid the same amout at some time in the future.

Once you Download a card in 4K it is yours to Watch in 4K for as long as there is an iStripper APP.

What Happenens When your Premium Expires, ?
All of your 4K cards will Stay in 4K.
you can even re-download them In 4K if you need too.

After Premium expires,
you can not get any NEW 4K ones.
But you Keep all the 4K cards you acquired and watch them in 4K
You just can't get any new ones, till you again renew the Premium membership.

Hope this makes it a bit more clear

The team only speaks about the download. If you get 4k cards, you will watch them in 4k for ever, even if you aren't Premium anymore after downloading them.

If you become Premium today:

• all the shows that you already own + all the shows that you purchse for 1 year, will be downloadable in 4K.

When you stop to be premium (in 1 year), you will still be able to download and watch all the shows purchased while you were Premium. But of course, you won't be able to download the 4K resolution for the upcoming shows.

This offer is not for MAC-users because they can't update to the new version. Also they can't get the Joker-card, because the subscription date is before october 25th. Maybe there will be an update before this time.

You will have to Manually Update the Previous Crystal Clear + cards.
As far as I know, ALL of the Crystal Clear + cards ( Past, Current, and new ones ) will have a 4K version.

So, I have a strange monitor resolution (3840 x 2100 16:10 Ultra wide). I usually use 3K as my monitor is over the 1080 height but even when I had a 1080 monitor there was a definite increase in resolution using 3K. There is a slight increase in resolution with 4K too, not as massive but noticable to me during actual movement.
Real world test results - below are 3 images of the new Scyley Jam show at 4K, 3K and 1080. Itried to screen shot her at the same time for comparison. The resolution is the name of the image if you download or it is in the screneshot on the left.

I'm only half way there, but - with this 1080p monitor as mentioned... - not in real hurry anyway.

If I have a 1080p monitor, will 4k increase graphics of the show or will it be the exact same as 1080p? Cause I know some 4k things will be resized to fit 1080p and that increases the amount of pixels and it makes it look better. I'm wondering if the 4k shows work that way or if they r basically just same as 1080p unless I have a 4k monitor.

As a 3K on 1080p former user, I can only imagine 4K clarity on 1080p. 4K looks like realtime video on my 1440p 144hz 27" monitor. Just converted all 125 cards I have to 4K. Good time to be a member...😁

That's true. Luckily my PC is good enough to handle these easily, but I am craving for that 4K monitor now :). My 1080p monitor works perfectly and I can't really justify buying a new 4K one just for iStripper. It would seem such a waste (but I am secretly kind of hoping this old monitor dies down soon so I can go shopping with good conscience 😋 )

@marc999 Whether you benefit from buying Premium membership depends really on the number of cards you expect to buy during your membership year and how much value you give to 4K resolution, 20% discount on also new VR shows, one time gift of Joker card, and better response from customer support, as promised.

Roughly, if you expect to buy around 215 cards out of 365 released during your membership year, you cancel out your $59 / year fee with the extra 20% discount earned and you're even (= 4K resolution and other benefits become free bonus, if you will). If you expect to buy less cards, and/or don't value 4K resolution or that Joker card etc. as any kind of worthwile upgrade, then you might want to stick with regular membership.
