I released version 2.12.0 just a few days ago. Did you get that update?

I agree with @orclover. If you are "picky" about the cards you want then it ought to be obvious that this sort of event is not for you. They seem to be mainly aimed at those that just want an excuse to increase the size of their collection at a minimal cost (not a criticism, I was once one of that group of users)

Actually, these offers are one of the very few kinds that can be said to favour those of us with full or nearly full collections. If you already own all the possible cards that might be won then the free card is replaced with a 10 credit payback (or at least that has been the case with the previous few scratch card TGIFs) so, on average, it is cheaper for us to play these games than those with partial collections. This, again on average, reduces the cost we pay to win a joker card.

3 scratch cards and I get a 10 year old show worth 8.80 creds. Had enough of these gambling games for the next year, thanks.

I can't understand why people ***** and then they go and play the game. Just don't play! Nobody cares if you only have 4123 cards and not 4128....the fact that you can spend 6k on dancing girls on a computer means your life must be pretty good, or at least have the potential to be good. Totem will milk this thing as long as they can, and they should...they aren't providing an inferior product as a result and the coding costs are minimal and as most skins and UI are being reused. Just stop playing and they will stop. Now if they only release one card a week and it is a special event card then a customer just has to move on and hope another company provides the same service. This happens with book series, video games, movie series, t.v series all the time...the company gets a taste of easy money and it is hard to go back to the struggle that produced the amazing product in the first place. THe consumer just moves on.

Welcome to the forum. Many of use find it is easier to access the forum directly with a web browser rather than from the application. I'm not sure if there are any real advantages to that, though since I only access the forum with my web browser.

Be on the lookout for the Fan Sign lotteries and the TGIF specials. Some of the TGIF specials are very good deals depeding on the state of your collection and how many cards you plan to buy that you don't already own. Other TGIF specials won't fit your needs or attitude so evalutate them carefully.

Actually no, I am not in sales per se but I do sell stuff as a part of my overall job, but mostly in the nature of repairs to existing equipment. Those things tend to sell themselves due to the client's need to use the equipment.

When you Become a Premium member, It Last for a period of 1 year.
During that Year you will be able to download any card released in 4K, and also All the Cards that were released Prior to the start of your membership in 4K.
Once you download in 4k, that card is available to you in 4k for ever ( as long as iStripper exists )

Of Course, you have to purchase the cards that you want.
But there isn't any additional cost added to the card for the 4K version.


So even though your Membership expires, you will still have access to anything in 4K you Obtained while you had your Membership.
You don't loose access to it.

When the Membership expires, Anything New released, will no longer be available to you in 4K.
Unless you Join again..

Also,

Premium Members also get an Extra 20%, for the 1st 10 days after a card is released.
Buy it within that 10 day period and you get the extra 20% off..

Same with the VR videos.

Using the iStripper app, look to the upper right corner of the maximised app.

Click the 'gear' icon to go to the settings page.

Click 'advanced settings'

Click on 'syncronize with servers'

That should solve your issue.

Once the cards show up, then click each card's d/l arrow to get them started coming to your machine.

After the d/l is finished the cards should show in your app in 'full color' which indicates that they are available for play by the app.

The 4k shows are unlocked for download after you purchase the premium subscription. To my knowledge no other purchase is required after that to d/l the 4k shows for the year of the subscription.

I've purchased 3 private shows but can't play the videos. They show as mine in the web browser log in but I do not show them as my content in the iStripper app.

How do I merge the two????

I gotcha. Thank you. Another question- Are the 4K shows sold seperately, or just unlocked to download? Just trying to do my homework before I jump into the premium deal.

Apparently Steam is a gaming platform, so that's why I was not familiar with it... I have MS solitaire, ***** Chess software, and link to an online billiards simulator in my PC, and that's my computer gaming :) iStripper is completely separate entity for me.

This is my first post, "bought" the app on Steam in July and it came with 50 credits, got my first two cards and I was Hooked!

Sold some of my CSGO skins and got to platinum level and above, but it was very frustrating since there's no access to the forums and some other features on the Steam version, so Support finally helped me do the transition to the official app and I can finally post in the forums and enjoy the full features.

I hope the Steam version someday gets updated and improved, but at the moment I'm glad to be a part of this community!😜

@Mover - well for members with complete collections it is essentially impossible to make a promo of this kind be, on average, advantageous to the players unless it is disadvantageous to Totem - they would have to be effectively giving credits away. For those with far from complete collections this sort of poromotion can easily be simultaneously advantageous to both sides - the player can be given a more than "fair" chance of winning (though they may not win cards they want) while at the same Totem gain from, in effect, the player buying more than he or she otherwise would.

Not sure of the date, but Alizee Aerobic Exercise 820 card was given a upgrade from 720p to 1080p.

Do you really think the chances of winning during Black Friday were greater? I think they are the same with every game. One day you have more luck, the other day you have less luck.

@Mover - the numbers you quote seem to me, without actually doing the calculations, completely consistant with a "fair" game - i.e. one in which if you played very many games your wins and losses would tend to cancel out. I do not know if the game is "fair" in this sense or not - but your post tends to favour that hypothesis rather than be evidence agaist it. Actually I would not expect a completely fair game (though there is also a reasonable possibility that Totem have chosen to provide one) but rather one that slightly favours the "house" but it needs a lot more evidence to know one way or the other.

The Black Friday game was more attractive, because you did definitively win first a card and second a joker after a certain amount played.

In this week's event, I played 151 scratch games.
I did not win any cards which is probably because of having a rather complete collection.
I won approximately 9 times 50 credits, and 1 time 20 credits from the bonus box.
At times I was as low as 85% return on my gambled amount.
I stopped the game after the last win of 50 credits, and ended up with 95% return.

The game this week might be most attractive for members seeking to win special event cards, and for members on lower levels because they may win discounted cards. It is not really attractive for members with rather complete collections.

Unless you have played hundreds of times any estimate of the odds will almost certainly be a poor approximation to the true odds. Even if you have played many times you may still be one of the unlucky (or lucky) people who end up in the the low (or high) tail of the distribution of winners and losers. People are, according to all the studies I have seen referenced, very poor judges of the outcomes of stochasical processes and it requires a proper mathematical analysis, or a lot of measurements, to determine the relative merits of two offers that are based on randomness.

I have that card too (Aerobic Exercise) and I don't /didn't have an update symbol either. Back your data folder up first and then update. I just checked and it still downloads just fine 😛
