Edit: while my Playback showed 60 FPS the Video clips are 30 fps ( one is 25 FPS ) 1920 x 1080 or 1080 x 1920 depending on orientation.

1440 x 2560 or 2560 x 1440 depending on orientationThe Video size is then scaled to your devices screen resolution.
They don't have different streams for different bandwidths.
