An app that I could use on my tablet or phone as a background or screensaver would be ideal, then I could download shows and bandwidth or internet access wouldn't be a concern.

Google Play & Apple do not allow apps with adult content in their stores. So this is why Totem went this way with the mobile version. Nothing to download, internal space to download shows would be a issue.

Questions:
did I misunderstand smth or are there only 5 clips per (owned) card available so far ?

Not all clips are compatible for the mobile version. The ones that are compatible will be included in the mobile version. So it will vary from card to card.

did anyone find a way (on android) to start side-music while having the istripper site open and running ?

What I did was to start the music first, let it play in the background, then open iStripper mobile & let it run .

My first post here ! I am very glad for this beta !
I tested it on my tablet Samsung and phone (also a Samsung). No issue.
I have 3 cards of my personal collections and those are good, although not my favorites.

I agreed with what was said :

• wished there was an app to download (apk for android) and install
• download the scenes to avoid being dependant on the bandwidth (thru the app)
• make the icon saying to switch from portrait to landscape, fade after a couple seconds indeed

I use my tablet in portrait (on a stand) and my phone is always in vertical mode locked... so pretty annoying

• issue with zooming on my tablet (switch clips or models instead of zooming)

I'd rather have a button to switch clips and models instead of a simple swap

• I hope former models (still HD) will be converted too as I would miss some of my favorites :P

Questions:

I believe that an application would boost more or less the sales. I spend as much time on my tablet as on my home computer (for work mostly as of now with the context).

Hey everyone! What a fantastic application this is. It really is neat having girls dancing on my desktop. All of the cards I’ve watched so far have been outstanding, too. I can’t believe it took me until now to start using this.

An app that I could use on my tablet or phone as a background or screensaver would be ideal, then I could download shows and bandwidth or internet access wouldn't be a concern.

I was going to askifthe Oktoberfest bundleswerecompletely random or if they take the client's preferences into account.
for example:
1> I want ONLY 'shaved' cards (no 'trimmed' or 'bushy' cards)
2> I do NOT want 'duo' or 'lesbian' (a single model per card, please)
3> I do NOT want a low quality resolution card

Thankfully, reading these posts cleared up any ***** I had about the card selection.
Oktoberfest is celebrated here in Texas as well... probably more people celebrate it here than in Germany, in fact.
be that as it may...

I will definately NOT buy any Oktoberfest bundles as things stand now.
If things regarding the selections in the bundle(s) changes, I'd like to know.

Damn thing had wound it's branches round the cable and was proceding to eat it. I had to cut the phoneline free with loppers and a very long ladder. And I'm in a valley, so no mobile, and in a stone house so wifi is just in the room with the router. Maybe the tech will catch up with the 20th century sometime...

That must be one of the few downsides of living in what sounds to be a beautiful bit of French countryside. I also live in the countryside in England; it's not quite as "archaic" as yours but I ***** every time I see adverts on the television offering massive download speeds over fibre.

@pantalone - I'm afraid I have no idea how to resolve the bandwidth issue - hopefully one of our more tech-minded members like WA can help.

But - if you want to experience the shows, you can run the mobile version on your PC and hopefully the ethernet link will give you enough oomph. It will at least allow you to see what the shows are like and I can really recommend the Kristina show - the way that has been converted adds a whole new dimension to that show.

Normally the tablet can stream Netflix on wifi

Movie Streaming Sites Offer up different Resolutions and Bit rates based on the bandwidth of the connection.
They also use a much Larger Buffer
Movies are normally 24 frames per second, and can be Interlaced, so half frames lower the needed bandwidth.

iStripper Mobile
The Mobile Beta is Full HD at 60 frames per second.
Edit: while my Playback showed 60 FPS the Video clips are 30 fps ( one is 25 FPS )
1920 x 1080 or 1080 x 1920 depending on orientation.
Edit: I did find a couple cards that are 3K
1440 x 2560 or 2560 x 1440 depending on orientation
The Video size is then scaled to your devices screen resolution.
They don't have different streams for different bandwidths.


Recommended Video Streaming rates.
Full HD Video with a High Framerate (1080p, 60fps) > your bitrate should be 4,500 to 6,000 kbps.
Full HD with a standard Framerate (1080p, 30fps) > your bitrate should be 3,500 to 5,000 kbps.
Regular HD with High Framerate (720p, 60fps) > your bitrate should be 3,500 to 5,000 kbps
Regular HD with Standard Framerate (720p, 30fps) > your bitrate should be 2,500 to 4,000 kbps

Thank you for your advice - I'm sure we'll work out what I'm doing wrong.

My net service runs to my PC on an ethernet cable and Speedtest gives 0.5Mbps download with a 60ms ping.

The same router connects to the tablet via wifi and Speedtest gives 0.63Mbps download. The tablet hasn't got a sim card in it and anyway there's no mobile signal here, so Im not inadvertantly trying to use mobile data.

It's nominally a 1Mbps service.

As I said, Netflix seems ok on both devices, so maybe I'm hitting a buffering issue. I don't know how to check this - maybe the buffer size is somehow set too low?

Normally the tablet can stream Netflix on wifi and my net service can usually run at 400Kbps, so I don't think that's the cause of it hanging. Running Firefox.

Any thoughts most welcome!

a Buffer is used and must be filled before an Image is Displayed.

Yes, this would be a bandwidth / buffering issue

Not enough Bandwidth to keep the Buffer filled.
Once the Buffer is emptied, it has to wait to be re-filled again.

There is no fix for this, other than Increasing the Bandwidth ( Download Speed ) available to your device.

If you can Connect via WiFi instead of Mobile, that would be one way.

Streaming HD Video takes large amounts of Bandwidth.

Here is a video simulating a bandwidth from a 768kbs DSL connection
It's 8 to 10 seconds delay between 1 seconds of playback.
Note: I had Played the video before, so the Beginning was already cached.
After the Cache was used up, you can see the delay between refills

@pantalone - I think @TEAM are going to be quite interested in your set-up. When we were running the earlier beta we were all using wifi and I don't think any of us were working with limited bandwidth. Certainly you are seeing the screen where the girl would dance and the symbols you refer to are the buttons you press to select which clips (pole, topless, naked, etc) you wish to see.

My wifi is giving me dowload speed of 18.3Mb/s, data delay 24ms and web browsing of 110ms and the shows run seamlessly. How does your set-up compare?

I had obviously got to the standard mobile site somehow, but I think I'm already logged in to the beta. Sometimes the three white lines on the screen you show do nothing. Sometimes they open a side panel with my avatar at the top. If I select My Collection, it gives a list of the cards I own.

Tapping on any of the cards I own goes to a black screen, as does tapping on them from the screen you showed. The black screen is labelled iStripper mobile beta and has a circle bottom right containing three smaller circles in a vertical line. Tapping that gives me some symbols that do nothing when tapped.

Discovery: I put the tablet aside, while I typed the above. Nici appeared and the image started refreshing every 8 seconds, running about 1sec each time. So, if I wait long enough, I get 1 second in 8 of the clip. Well, it's a start!

Bandwidth issue?

@pantalone - the issue is you are not actually logged in to the Beta - what you are looking at is the standard mobile site which is effectively the web site just being viewed on a phone. "My Full Shows", "My Bonus Videos" and "Related Models" are features of the standard web site.

Go to your internet browser and type in https://m.istripper.com and you should see the screen shown above. From that screen you will access the login by clicking on the three white lines top right corner.

If your browser on your phone is like mine, it can be a fight getting it to switch between the mobile beta and the standard mobile web site.

@pantalone - do you get the same problem when you click on the show in the "My Collection" page or from the main home page?

@pickle - thanks for engaging - I have yet to fiddle with the antivirus settings.

Tapping on a show from the home page goes to a black screen.

Tapping on a show from the models page goes to a card description with a choice to go to My full shows, My bonus videos or Related models. The bounus video works hesitantly - like it's not getting enough bandwidth. "My full shows" goes to the card screen, which sometimes shows a pic in the stage area and the other stills, but won't play. "Related models" seems to work.

Exactly the same result as No6...eventually managed to log in via a somewhat tortuous route and can see the cards I'm meant to see. No amount of clicking makes them run however...

Now have it working fine on one phone and one tablet. Not a fan of Chrome normally but using that to browse on this occasion seems to have done the trick. Thanks again for everyone's input.

Uses Table clips on the left and Behind table clips on the right.

One option plays only Bikini category clips, and the other will play all the girls.

If you have a problem with one card specifically, you might consider writing a ticket for that card.

As it was told to me by a Mod, reporting an error - in the case of clip(s) of very old cards - tends to be more likely to cause mere deletion of such a problematic clip from card, rather than its correction.
So, while we may dislike such an approach by the company (and I do), it's better to be, also, very careful about what to do if we notice such issues on old cards.

Audio has always been hit or miss since the first videos were encoded with sound. The new shows have gotten a lot better but the older shows are you hear what you get.

Nice, even works on my 8 year old Android tablet.

I have so far tested in on two phones (Sony E52 and Sony E5 mini) and a Toshiba tablet. Worked great on the phones but I was unable to login on the tablet as nothing would happen whenever I pressed the Login button.

Some areas that I feel could use some improvement:

• The Zoom feature. In my opinion this one is great, however activating it is a bit of a *****. There should be a section in the tutorial on how to use Zoom.
• Furthermore, when Zooming in and out or navigating the Zoomed image I often end up opening the Review tab. This can get very annoying and distracting. Preferably, give the Review tab its own button instead of using swipes.
• The Horizontal/Vertical screen icon. This is useful the first time you play a clip but it gets really distracting over time. Especially for people like me who have the Vertical screen locked. It would be better if the icon simply faded away after a few secconds.
• Sound is too quiet and the button for turning sound on is a real *****. I don't know if its just me, but no matter how much I press that Sound button, it never works.

I'll keep testing the shows themselves (I own only twelve of the available ones). So far most have worked great though my girl Avery seems lagg.

Finally! Was thinking it would be great on mobile. I use microsoft Edge browser on Samgsung Galaxy 20 Ultra. Login was easy. Saw the cards that are available in my collection. It acts like intagram stories where they play over the browser. Tap left to play previous and tap right to play next. They only play the preview at the moment and nothing else will load on my purchased cards.

@Xrystyrion - glad you like it. If you are only seeing previews on purchased cards it sounds like you are not actually logged in. Click on the three white lines on top right corner of home screen - you will either see your profile details if you are logged in or the login page.

I've made a large scene pack filled with different backgrounds (Beds and Couches) that runs in one file.
In the pack there are 20 bed scenes, 10 couch scenes and 5 random scenes (Bathroom, Locker room etc). Only one girl playing at a time and are designed for the xxx shows.

The file is 248mb compressed. (sorry)

Being in one file, just install the file and it will only make 2 scene options in the fullscreen menu, Beds and Couches.
Then, either pick your favorite girls in the "next" option and put them on repeat, start the show and use the Down arrow to change the bedroom / couch.
Or, just click start and let it be a surprise. If you dont like what it chose, the down arrow will reset the scene and pick another scene and girl.

If there is a scene you dont like, just go into the "Beds" or "Couches" file and delete the picture.

Well I really dig it. but do wish it was an app mainly becasue of streaming and also web filters on certain networks.. much harder to block a port than a website.. also out of my 1300+ shows only 3 are there bleh..

I'm waiting this one out until it's finally all good. That's an amazing feature though! ✌

I just wanted to say well done. I tested it on my Google Pixel and the results are impressive. I personally have no interest in having IS on my phone so I doubt I will go back but it is a lot of fun on the PC as well. It's a different way to view the shows. As I type this I have Ellie Leen dancing on my desktop but now she is front and center instead of wandering off in my cluttered desktop. It's almost a whole new show/experience.
