This time it wasn't bad. I spent 900 credits, won 825 credits and 2x SEC. So, I have 75 credits less than before I started and I got 2 Special Event Cards in my collection, which in this case is an average of 37,5 credits per SEC.

I've opened a ticket, Unfortunately it seems that my decision to keep playing (How lucky would I have to be to line up two prizes at once again?) has led to some ***** as those timestamps and the matching "pack purchased" show me winning 35c and then 150c on the next play, and not the system awarding both prizes for the same play, as per my issue. Thanks for all your hard work, and hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

I dont even know if I want anymore jokers. I played 3 times in the final game that came out today. 1 joker, 1 gift card, 1 loss. I now own every Special Event card, and have 4 jokers...

I guess Ill just skip the next four rng events I guess. Good black friday tho.

If you look in your History, you will see Both a 35 credit added and a 150 credit added
at the same time.

You can win a SEC by Triple Chance AND by Twenty Five. I have the prove because by both games I have won one : The Red Fox with Triple Chance and Anastasiia by Twenty Five

The description for the 25 game says that you can win SECs there so it is not just the Triple Chance games.

However, like you, I am locked out of the 25 game - presumably because of having a full collection. But as the game does not attract me anyway I am not bothered by that.

I don't know how it reads the board to determine winners, but I got 3 hearts(35c) and 3 eggplants(150c) and it only shows the 35c prize in account history.edit: It's the 35c prize from 2020-11-27 20:07:37 in account history if that helps

I am well. Just got over Covid-19, that was NOT fun. Anyway, thank you @TheEmu and @Philurs. It looks like only the three Triple Chance games allow us to win SEC cards and only the Twenty Five game allows us to win Jokers and free cards as well. Are either of you able to play the Twenty Five game? I have all of the cards and it seems I am locked out because of that. I submitted a ticket, but have not heard back from Totem yet.

Okay, I just went through this forum and didn't find anyone asking a simple question about these Black Friday games. Is it possible to win SEC cards and Jokers from all of the games? Or just the new Twenty Five game? For example, is it possible to win a Joker from the slot machine? One person in this forum, indicated that they had one a SEC card from Juicy. For some reason, I am locked out of the Twenty Five game and I am wondering which game would be the best to play since I already own all of the normal cards. If it is possible to win SEC cards and Jokers in all of the games, where have you had luck in winning?

The worst Black Friday performed by Totem. I spent around 130 credits and got 3 cards that I would never have bought for my collection. I deleted one of them right away and the other cost me 15 credits when it normally costs 13.75. I will never be part of this again.

First - I see there are issues with the game do you track what happened to provide the cards to those who should have won? I wasn't paying that close of attention.

So played it a couple times to finish off Caprice.

That being said:

• Its a slot machine
• There is no real suspense as no person could see they won before the system says it (like scratch)
• No abilitiy to control the game in any manner
• The ability to win card of choice is great but after winning 2 cards I am not sure what the odds are
• Would be preferred to have just card of choice (or maybe you need 10+ favorites marked and it only picks from your favorite list)

I would prefer a game that had some form of skill requirement as part of it.

Heck not even skill based but combining this game with your scratch off. Each board has 1-3 guarenteed "winners" at which point you only get to scratch so many spaces. You go until you have no scratches left or you win something.

is it really worth it? Black Friday gambling doesn't seem very profitable, the win rate is low. I spent more or less 300 credits in the triple chance and slot machine without any good prizes.

@Manue I did, but only the credits for one of the 3 cards was refunded. Oh, and I don't know if this courtesy to the customer or you forgot, but you didn't take away any gift card nor girl card. If it's courtesy thanks, if it's a mistake you can fix it. Probably reading this I sound ungrateful or dumb to some, but I always am 100% honest, no matter if it goes againt my interests. 8)

@lukaszr, usually in these games, such as the slot machine, fans with full collections are able to play for Gift cards, Jokers, SECs and credits. I bet there is a glitch that they are working on since they haven't answered any of the questions above where people are locked out. I hope they correct it before Black Friday even is over, since it seems like this is the best of the games for winning Jokers and I want my credits to count for the Little Caprice SEC. Hopefully we hear from the Totem leadership soon.

Now I know what it's like to have full collection and not be able to participate in the event. Last week I purchased all remaining cards and waited impatiently to this day to find out that I cannot play because I already have all available cards. Why I can't play for Gift cards, Jokers, SECs and credits?

Okay, I know this must be simple, but the Play button is not active. I'm running 1.2.276.

I have a premium account and activated the "Auto-Add" function. Not a single card is open to me. ... Are any gift cards used up before credits are withdrawn or do the gift cards stay there forever or until I deactivate the auto-add and then use it to make purchases with my own clicks?

You are right, that's what it is really. I also pass after giving it a go once.

In a few cases, gains weren't given correctly. We have fixed the issue.
Next time you'll press play, the page will reload : no *****, 0 credit will be deducted during this refresh :)
Simply press "play" and every thing will be solved :)

If the symbols align automatically (that too only when they wish, like in a lucky draw), then you should mention it in the game description.
We thought we can move the symbols and take something out, but from what you mentioned it seems like we wont and cant win anything unless the program determines so.
Its a clear cheating.

I am sorry but you did not give enough details. I clicked the "play" button and hen all the symbols just fell off and new symbols appeared in the grid. and I could not move any of the symbols or alternate symbols to alter their locations.
Then how the hell do we play? why this game is so dumb. is it a bug or its a scam to steal our money?
