Actually the guys who run VGHD are very reasonable, I am currently only collecting 1 card from each model I like as opposed to buying multiple cards for each girl. Anyway I accidently bought a card of a model I already had, I did not view the card but asked customer service if they would remove the card and refund me my one credit well to my surprise they were quite happy to do it and did it.
