I would think that casting the shows from a computer to the big screen in the local pub or sports bar would be a Public display.. Using the program on your laptop while not being locked away in a hermetically sealed area of your personal bomb shelter is probably not a problem. It seems that @TheEmu does that quite regularly.. 😀😎

No one would know, POPEYED, if you played it for yourself in a public park. And then it wouldn't be on display for the public. And no one else to report you. However, if someone else sees it, then it can be argued that you displayed it in the public, to the public.

Anyway. I think this is a rule was created to stop people from showing the cards to others for their own personal monetary gains.

I also think that we all know what is ok. Or not. If you think it is against the rule, then it is. If you do not think it is, then it isn't.

I have something on topic: The announcement was not very visible if you are not reading the forum daily and the time between the announcement and the actual removal was too short. I read it only after it was too late.
