I've been using the latest .52 version since it was released. I got home from work today and my carousel was full of old stuff so I did the usual and deleted the demos file and guess what? I have a load of old stuff again BUT... also the latest 2 VG 3K cards too! Yes they both have the 'Last Days' tag but 2 1/2 hours later, they are still there on my carousel :) I just checked. So... If this is a 'Bug,' it appears to be a random one. Curiouser and curiouser...

I have discovered a method to watch one card. Right click on model and click on the square box surrounded by a box.

This will launch fullscreen with the selected model featured in your chosen scene. You will have to find the best scene with will show the majority of a models cards. Background 2D may be the only one that works best without adding new scenes. ZZ Solo scene works great for me to watch the majority of a new card except swing scenes.

The first scene clip is used to play the selected card.

I never understood (all versions considered) why the masking of some eroticism levels was taken into account ONLY for random hotness and not also for progressive hotness (!)??

for example I am now waiting for about 10 cards to buy them (the ones i am kinda sure to buy and the ones i remember). Probably even more, but i will not do anything until they appear on my carousel .. I guess its not just me ...

P.S. since they are downloaded through P2P you shouldnt have problems with your servers even with a lot of downloads ..

I know what you mean! In earlier software versions of VG I used to watch my show with the "playlist manager". A software ad on for VG to create own playlists, multiple filter options and, most important of all, to watch every show the way it was recorded, clip by clip.

Now, with the new software unfortunately the player doesn't work anymore. I really hope Totem soon will change their software to a point where the playlist manager can be updated. Until then I have to use the clip player in the regular software.

Sorry to hear, this didn't work. Was just a thought that maybe progressive hotness will ***** all the clips to play in a certain logical order, if there's only one card to choose. I'm not using this option, though.

Seems that there is no quick fix for your problem right now. Personally, that's not an issue to me, if the selection is random .. gives more excitement to watch - what's coming next };-))

@davrwei062179, I believe that most popular models of the past should take 2 as the new collection and new camera is something totally different (Totem agrees as they value new collection more as it cost more). I really want to see my favourite models in this 3K rather that focus on new models. I think it should be at least 50/50 ratio - take 2/new model.

@91hebasu, not counting the NEW interactive collection Melisa is still the BEST according to popularity .

And her 689 and 690 cards still beat Naomi, Sabrisse, Caprice and other high rated cards numbered 1600 . So its like MElisa is still driving an old car but is faster than most other girls driving Ferraris. And do not forget that rating is getting higher each year. So her 690 rating of 9.6 is much more valuable than NEW cards with the same 9.6 rating. Newer girls have better quality cards. plz give her a chance to drive Ferrari .. i mean NEW camera and stuff:)

i did what 1 person said with progressive hotness....it plays like 3 or 4 clips then starts over...keeps doin that...why?...how do i fix..i am not liking to play my card this way at all

I think Tea should be on the new 1.2 software. I have seen her 2 old cards, and I think that she should be on the new software. I would also like to mention this now that only 2 solo cards is not justice for Tea. I would like see other members input on this topic.

I wonder what other models could be brought back the new software? Say totem maybe brings back other models like Angelica Kitten, Silver, Tea, Bijou, or Eufrat. I wonder where this new suggestion could be placed in what category?

I understand how a lot of people feel here. Most of us were quite happy with the way the software worked in 1.1.0.84 and then changes started to affect the functionality. Each change, for a while, seemed to compound the problems. Then we were all told about this new software with amazing clarity in 3K and new functions. We all waited with baited breath to see what it could do. So far, most of it does as was advertised but there are still issues to iron out to make it as good as the old .84 was.

PATIENCE, guys! None of us are perfect and I'm pretty sure the Team are working hard to make this work as they originally envisioned. We all need to report any bugs we find to help the guys fix them. I know from experience, as others have said that different home set-ups will not all play the same way. This is why betas are released, to find the potential problems.

So, all I'm observing here is that we should continue to report any issues we have and let the Team try to fix them.

Threatening to not buy any more until the Team fixes the issues doesn't really help anyone, imho. The latest 3K cards are pretty damned cool to me! I bought 4 of them so far. So again, please have patience and let the Team do their job. They'll get there! :)

Wyld and Starryk probably won't upgrade their programs till the latest version becomes stable, methinks. And as there's still another beta on the test, it might take some time.

For now, until the new software allows you to select random girls, the only way I've found to do this is to use the small size with a number of girls playing at once. If a girl or clip appears that you don't want to watch right now, left click and drop her off the bottom of your screen and a new clip or girl should replace her. Then when you DO see a clip you want to watch, right click and select large size.

Personally, I actually like this way of doing things! Rather than randomly nudging a new girl onto our screens as we used to do, you can now choose between a number of clips that are visible at the same time:) To me, this is an improvement! Thanks Totem :D

yes ive been a member for 2 years but i used vgplaylist manager and i loved it...but since the new version of virtuagirl came out the programs wont work anymore...ive been waiting for them to fix the problem but nothin yet

i tried a few addons but they dont work now...these new version of virtuagirl messed up the other programs

Regarding play menus, I would have thought the logical thing is to have a button "Play Favourites".

Favourites can easily be added to or deleted from the list at will so it seems to me to be a perfectly logical and welcome addition to the menus.

The clips are played in random order. But in the cards of the new collection there are transitional clips that connects these clips - this is the magic.

@brudermurus, imagine if everyone started doing what you did. Rumors about Virtuagirl coming to the US! Rumors about Deskbabes now inluding boy/girl scenes! It would be chaos. Personally she is not my favorite girl either but she is almost like the VG mascot, everyone who uses this program knows who she is. Totem has brought back Viola 3 times now within 1 year(nothing against Viola, just using her as an example). So I got nothing against them bringing a popular model after several years since her last set.

Ok Totem, the last days bug still seems to be there. the last demo i just saw remained on my carousel a whole big 15 seconds. 15 seconds! rex your last post on this was 8 days ago so how is it progressing? we can't buy girls if we can't see them or even preview them! your already doing beta test for version 50 and don't even have the bugs worked out here yet in 48. you guys affiliate with Microsoft recently or something? I'm sorry to *****, but we the users are paying for this product. which means we are paying you to take care of these issues. my husband has been a user for many years and i finally bought the product when our taste in girls became divergent, but to be honest, there were earlier versions that worked much better, and the rest is just window dressing. that and lack of bringing in big bust models and you will soon be losing a couple of paying users. i understand its a complicated program and all, but it only got complicated when all the eye candy and program bloat was added. before that it was an awesome product. just saying how i feel Totem.

Can't say anything about the new version (still on .84), but the random selection has been always the working principle of the desktop videoplayer.

Have you checked these free Add Ons, Clip Players, created by Wyldanimal and Starryk?
These programs are designed to play clips and shows exactly as you want.
