Is there any way to not down load the new girl for each day? I have a slow connection and the trailers are always holding it up when i want to get full shows.

Go to your VGHD "console" (right click the "V" icon in the systray and select "options")
Select the "downloads" tab
towards the top left of this you should see the "Download Options" box which contains three check boxes:
Automatically download trailers
Automatically download full shows
Allow Background Downloading after program quits
If you un-check "Automatically download trailers" and "Automatically download full shows" (i.e. click on the boxes until the red tick goes away) then VGHD _should_ stop downloading trailers (and full shows if you have a subscription) unless you specifically ask for them - good luck and happy new year :)
