Just want to repeat again. Totem can do what they wish the only thing I personally would like them to change is simply publishing their odds in some manner. EA does it based on a grouping of cards instead of a specific prize. Totem could do it based on the SEC, 2019, 2018, ect drops.

Also I personally thing a promo like this is good for a new user possibly. They only have a couple cards and it gives them a variety to explore to see what they like most.

There is value associated to the cards.No, Istripper credit is not a currency and it can not - never - be converted back into real money; neither can a card be sold or traded in any way - so there is no monetary value associated to a card.

And 99.9% of video game MTX/Loot Boxes have zero direct montetary value (get to that in a second) yet it is still going down the path of being labeled gambling by various governments.

Examples:
In the US as an example even if its a charity auction there is gambling regulation on a state by state basis to allow or disallow things. In certain circumstances you may win prizes that are non-transferrable such as a dinner or meeting with someone. This essentially is your arguement here yet its already ruled as a form of gambling (remember laws typically take a while to catch up to new things like Technology).

In addition while in the US you might get hit with an account closure by a software company in the EU there has been records of selling your account as legal even if the EULA prohibits it. So there would be tangible value to FUT with all Icon starting 11.

I don't follow to closely but the EU has ruled that reselling of software accounts was legal over 8 years ago for Steam, Origin, Ect as an example. Now some of this ruling deals with it being a distributor instead of a direct to consumer. I know there are new rulings.

In the end most of the points people try to make on this topic are a decade old in the video game community and over the past years with the explosion of lootboxes it has ramped up the investigation by governments.

Its not if it will be illegal in various countries but simply when it becomes illegal to do business in the current format that EA, 2k, and others use today.

You can argue it shouldn't be regulated or illegal thats fine. The loophole that Totem is hoping for is as they roll out these regulations it sticks to a under 18 restriction and over 18 no restriction. Its doubtful that would be the end though as once you rule that under 18 is ***** by the offering then further regulation is likely to follow similar to each countries gambling regulations.

Exceptionally Totem have been known to agree to reverse transactions when the customer can show good reason why it would be appropriate, but it is not common and "I do not like what I won" is not a good enough reason.

If it's after a game during the TGIF days, you can't obtain a refund or swap the cards. The refund may be allowed by the team only on the purchased cards.

For my eyes, even with no-4K screen there is quite a big difference from a resolution to another one - and 4k one is far better than 3K, of course.
Everyone said to me I should use only 1080p or even 720p animations, but personally at 1920x1080, and even at 1366x768, I still see quite a big difference in image sharpness and details on shows - not only if going from 1080p to 3K, but I see same big difference from 3K to 4K also.
Anyway, I know that many others see at my screen resolution(s) absolutely no difference using different resolutions of iStripper clips - so everyone should probably rely to his own eyes only...

As @shadowgamer says, there probably won't be a major difference between 3k and 4k on your monitor. If you do decide to upgrade the monitor to 4k, bear in mind that the cpu load is significant. You may need a bigger cpu, to cope with decoding and scaling the 4k video, or the show will stutter - motion will be jerky. If the cpu load is more than about 25% with 3k shows, then in my experience 4k may be a problem.

Like I said no legal monetary value on credits or cards. This is why they can jump the gambling loopholes. You can't sell your account or trade cards or trade or gift credits from one account to another account or sell them on an in house or independent auction site like people do with other pieces of gaming software etc. Once you buy credits or cards you can do what you want but you can't ever give them back or sell them or give them away legally.

If something happens to Totem and iStripper is no more maybe you can sell them then if the software still works.

That is a question for the company.

Well, I can suggest you few cards: One Free Ride (2 Pole clips), Picnic Surprise (4 Pole clips), Hidden Desire (5 Pole clips), Eternal Flame (6 Pole clips), Foxy Rabbit (6 Pole clips), Take Me 2 Bed (4 Pole clips). She has Pole clips in almost every card.

PS. Cards from iStripperXXX collections doesn't have dancing clips. At least in cards that I have.

You definitely can see difference between 3k and 4k clips on 4k monitor. But I tested them on 1366x768 screen and haven't noticed any changes even between 1080p and 4K clips. So, I suggest you to buy 4K monitor for 4K clips otherwise you just going to use 1,8Gb of free space per card instead of 1.0Gb.

I know it goes out of sync during the clip transitions. I think the default 7 minutes was placed for a reason. BPM transition purposes just in case.

It is still a price reduction on the package of 4 cards - you can defer choosing whether to buy the package until after you have bought the third but you can never simply buy the fourth card for nothing without it being part of the package.

Now, psychologically it may feel that you are getting something at zero cost rather than a a price reduction averaged over a bigger package - but that is one of the reasons why such offers can be more effective when they are phrased as "buy three get another one free" rather than "buy four at a discount" even though they are equivalent offers.
