I waited for so long the cash back event. It seems that was 2 times only last year.
Our target is to buy only the cards that we want.
Their target is to sell all the cards.
Simple.
Always I bought only the cards that I want,
From all my cards I bought very rare cards at full price. From the start I bought them at Previews sales with 20% and 10% off. I played minigames only for two times, from where I bought only two packs of cards, in which all the cards was from my wishlist.
Last time I bought old cards from my wishlist, which I never seen them at sales, just to get the trophy with 100 cards in 1 day. But they were cheaper because are old.
Save cash back 25% and after that another with 20% from last year were my favorites.
If I had a higher salary, I would buy more.
If were no discounts in my wishlist cards, I wouldn't buy them so many.
The sales are win-win situation, because they make me to pay more, when I don't want, even if are less money for them.
If you want all the cards, play all the minigames, because is the best way.
If you want only the cards that you wish, is harder, it takes more time and money,

You put a play list or several cards into the "Next" field at the top and set it going with the on/off. If random is ticked the cards play randomly, if not ticked the bottom card plays, then drops into history when done and the next card at bottom starts. Bit like an egg timer works I see it as. Repeat allows it to run over and over if ticked. There is no doubt a thread about but would have taken me longer to find it than type this I think. Someone will no doubt find it.
As for adding pictures you do not seem to have that option in this part of the forum. Normally next to the smiley face on its right is a small picture icon, but it's not there for me either. So not just you. Probably need to check the rules about pictures. Some threads don't allow nudity.
Lots of threads all over to help you get going, but for 3 days you have cetainly got the buying cards part sorted.

Welcome to iStripper.

When you add cards (or clips) to the next section in now playing or insert a playlist then "random" chooses a random card from the next list. Uncheck random and it plays the cards in the order they were added.

"Repeat" repeats the playing of the cards in the next list (either in order or randomly if "random" is checked).

Only team members can add pictures in the New Users Corner.

Use another forum section such as Everything About iiStripper if you want to add pictures. Click on the "picture icon" or ***** and drop.

Please note nudity is not allowed in certain sections.

There is a "Random" and a "Repeat" checkbox at the bottom of the right hand history column in the app. What do they do, exactly? I would put a screen shot here but so far, I haven't figured out how to add a picture to a post- pasting doesn't work, ***** and drop doesn't work. Not having a good day here.

We should all stop debating over a few credits off a card. If you have several hundred or more you already have plenty to watch and enjoy for now.

Customers who think like this will cause the product to continue to weaken. No game or erotic software can survive long term without three groups...Long term investors, moderate and consistent investors, and many new and short term investors. The special event, gambling, and lack of choice in sales ***** all three groups and will cause all three to shrink while providing only short term boost in profits. Once the threshold is crossed where profits drop due to fewer customers the company will accelerate or double down on their short term schemes, making more special event, removing more sales, and adding in more gambling. As they do this they will then cut investments into the service in the name of "margins". Suddenly the "whales" and long term investors will drift to the middle group, the middle group will stop or become short term investors, and new customers will be turned off by the quality of product and the ***** nature of the product. Is totem entering into this cycle? Fewer sales, more gambling, and weaker product with little investment into improvements. That is what I see. Maybe pandemic related, hopefully, but aquiescent customers will only make the problems worse.

The essential thing is I was enjoying iStripper while there was at least some sales where you could choose what you buy. But I am not enjoying it so much now.

I understand very well that supply and demand determine prices, that is also why I started this thread. I wanted to know how many users feel the same way.

Also don't forget the poll, why there is only few people who voted, the results are clear: almost every kind of user would like to participate in a sale like Cashback was. But iStripper probably don't see it as profitable for them anymore?

I feel the same and completley 100% agree. These gambling games are the worst. IMO, not a promotion. If they are, they're a promotion to lose your credits. Only a very few win and come out ahead. The pack purchases are just set up to move cards that don't normally sell very well. If I don't buy or wishlist them, what makes totem think I'm even remotely interested? It's not about business survival, it's about maximizing profit, period.
As far as me buying anymore, I bought some credits several months back and will be using them on what I want and then I'm done. Totem has done the exact same thing as they did in the past with VG. New name to attract new customers is all that is different. This is my opinion and I'am entitled to it...

But guess what many of them came back because they Appreciated my Help and my Competence.

But at the end the majority of the Customers came back to us.
So they agreed with the changes, and my Company could Survive.
And a rare few Customers were also Happy to see me again on my Workplace.

There is no naivety but rather realism. iStripper is not a commodity like food, medicine etc... istripper is an adult entertainment product. I consider it as a luxury product knowing that the creation has no price and therefore not debatable on this aspect...

I don't think so. Even luxury products must have prices acceptable for consumers.

The sad truth is many merchants are abusing gambling-like practices to sell less product for more money. Why it sounds like a logical thing from the sellers point of view, it is not something which should be supported, because it really ***** some weaknesses of the end comsumers.

I am voting with my wallet against such practices, but it is probably not enough in this world. There is too much people who are willing to pay almost anything for e.g. some cards which cannot be bought in normal ways...

Product than the value shown on the Card in the Girls Store.

I agree with the author. I also don't buy random cards or gamble where I essentially win what I don't need.
So I stopped buying cards.
Why did I love cashback? Precisely because I can buy the cards I need, and not everything that I will not even download. Sadness.

I didn't remember well then; it's anyway true, that the most recent version of the promo gave a free card back every 4 cards purchased, while earlier, all the other times, the promo did give a free card every 3 cards purchased.
So, I still was right the most recent version has been less convenient for users than it used to be.

Anyway, it's probably a good promo for Totem also (they did offer it many times in past years - and some users reported to have bought literally tons of cards during such offer) but, also probably, not so good during pandemic times.

@HansSachs - I made a note of promos - it was last September you could buy any 4 cards at your normal loyalty discount price and then pick any card as your free one. Finally found the TGIF post all about it.

I was catching up with many older cards - standards and mediums and obviously taking a CC or CC+ as the free. At first I thought it must be a mistake, far too generous, thought about querying it, but it went on all week. So you must be right - not a good promo for Totem and I think unlikely to return.

Cashback is the most favorable and desired promo for users, but it's also the most uneconomic one for the company.
No surprise, so, to see it almost to disappear during the pandemic year.
It surely will come back eventually.
Meanwhile, I'll say that i would prefere waiting some more time and then see back such promo in its original form, than getting it earlier but in the recent, worse (for us) form which gave a cashback only every 5 cards purchased or so.

C'est généralement le cas avec ce genre de promo "Free Packs", on acquiert des cartes que l'on ne souhaite pas. Et lorsqu'on termine le prix moyen a tendance à diminuer puisque les ristournes sont plus élevées et dans ce cas ci les cartes gratuites sont plus nombreuses.
C'est votre choix et il est compréhensible aussi.
Pourrions nous dire que le fait que certaines cartes de nos wishlists soient présentes au début du jeu serait en quelque sorte un "appel d'offres" en langage commercial?

@Philours je dirais que c'est un appât ou un leurre, on y participe en se disant qu'il y aura surement ce type de cartes tout au long de la séquence, mais elles diminuent ou disparaissent au fur et à mesure. On se rend compte ensuite que forcément "ce serait trop beau" 😄
