Hello,
Apologies for the inconvenience.
We have noticed that your software is still on the old version and it could be one of the reasons why you cannot play with the cards that you have downloaded. All new released and purchased cards can only work on a new version. Please download the new version from the website, install and register with your username and password.
After that, please synchronize with the server, so it lets you update your collection and you should be able to play with the cards properly.
