Viola must be selling well for them if they're continuouslty offering her. If they can get popular ones to return, they usually do so from what I've seen. Some girls move on to other things and may no longer even be in this biz. (very fast shelf life in adult industry)

Personally, I would buy them all if I had the money and space on my PC.

Problem for Totem is, they can't prove sales predictions probably until well after the shoots are over and the girl has left. Every time I see a new model, I ask myself could this model sell a well known brand of say clothing, soft drink or shampoo on TV ? If the answer is yes, maybe give them 6 cards. If they can act and dance as well, give them more than 6. Thanks for the less ink, the pretty faces and the well proportioned bodies of recent cards.

I feel there is becoming a serious lack of variety in VG in the last 3 to 4 months. Before if a model got 5 or 6 cards it was pretty rare and their cards would be spread out of a period of time. Now we get 10+ cards of some models all in quick succession. How ever beautiful I find Tracey Smile and Sapphira to be I don't really want 12 & 11 cards of them respectively as their moves in each card become virtually identical and even the outfits are becoming pretty generic. And if the models in rotation aren't your cup of tea it must be easy to lose interest very quickly.

Since the introduction of 3k cards there have only been 3 non european type models, and Anissa Kate always looks very southern european to me, showing another lack of variety and diversity creeping into this site.

Go back to teasing us a little Totem, not saturating us with a small number of models. Variety is the spice of life after all.

I've uninstalled and completed the survey doing so triggers, so hopefully that means the servers registered the process this time.

Anyhow, it will be a good few days before I install W10 and then the VGHD/DB client again on this machine (models saved) so it will be unactive for a while if not.

Everything else seems to have been fine with the hardware changes, no activation errors have sprung up yet.

Only look at the LAST 3 Digits
201 , 202, 203 , 205 ....
These are all Level 2 clips.

the first digit of the three is what erotic level... 1 to 5
the next two digits are just a random number...
sometimes they go in order...
like 201, 202, 203, 204, 205...
But In QA we might Find that number 204 was really a Level 1 clip,
so it got renamed from 204 to 107 etc....
or maybe 204 was really a level 3 clip and got renamed to 303...

So there aren't any Missing clips, and the Last two digits really don't mean anything.

The numbering does not relate to a sequence number, its a code based upon what the model does in the clip and it explicitness level.

Hi, I have a question, maybe somebody in the past already asked for this, I don't know.
Looking at the files list for each card there's a "missing" number between two consecutive files, as example there's the card number first and then the file number 1202, 1203, 1205.
My question is what's happened to the 1204 file number?
For which reason is unpublished?
Is a damaged file or discarded because is "wrong"?
I think if you have all those files you can publish them separately or in a specific collection, also if something wrong it happen during the reproduction.

I agree, I think 4 takes for Viola is quite too much. Let's wait a year or two before they come back. I like Melisa and Tracy Smile, but we also get too much of them. Just look how many members wish for Anna Tatu and Playful *****. Interactive VG cards with them would be so awesome ;-))

I'm fitting a new CPU and GPU to the desktop system. All other components are remaining the same, however I will also be upgrading to W10 shortly after.

My view is that this will be recognised as a different machine most likely by Totem servers. Because I use two machines I am guessing I will have to uninstall VGHD/Deskbabes before proceeding. Is that a fair assumption?

Anyone with experience of such an upgrade (based on W7 to W8 and components at the same time for example) please feel free to chime in with what happened.

The duo's on DB are to hardcore for me. They are more like XXX pornos than stripteases. I buy them if I like both girls. But usually I only like one of them, even the single DB can realy be more of a short porno. I liked the old VG duos. I wish you would make some more of those.

I may be willing to pay more for duo card, if i like both girls, and they offer a good show...but not twice as much. And if that happen, i will really wait about comments to see the value of the performance.

Right now, it's 3 credits for all cards (2.40 the first week) without our member rebate, most buyers would still be buying them if you ask 3.5 credit for duo (2.8 first week). At 4 (3.2 first week), many would really think before buying, and you would lose more money. At 5 and more, forget it, only dedicate collector would buy most, and not me.

Maybe it's time to consider duo, trio, or quatuor card as...exception, rare thing.
If they don't happen often, and feature good performers, maybe we will be willing to pay more...to collect the rare thing.

And about Virtuagirl, and Deskbabes difference.
It's negligeable now.
Virtuagirl should be about Striptease, with sensual girl doing a show.
Deskbabes is more...sexual. (and it's what they do)
Many new Virtuagirl wear bikini, or really tiny outfit, lingerie.
No place for imagination, there is not much to strip, we see it all.
They act like...a Deskbabe show, with a little less sexuality.
Maybe they should wear more clothes...at the beginning of the show?

When DB first started I believe the solos were 2 credits & the duos were 3. I thought this was reasonable. Double is a little excessive in my opinion. I also will not buy (with rare exceptions) more than one solo card of each girl. I have no interest in seeing the same girl(s) over and over again week after week ala Tracy Smith.

As far as the duos go, yes I would pay more but I think that double is excessive. I would pay it if the girls were great like Viola and Merry Pie but otherwise I think 5 credits is enough. I also prefer solos but a duo every now & again is a nice change. I just don't want to see more than 1 card from each girl.

The four girls on one card (Sex on the Beach) was a great idea and I bought it for the novelty even though I have no particular interest in any of the girls on the card.

Of topic but another thing that really annoys me is that the new girls don't always show up on the carosel (sp?) so I don't get a demo of them. That way the only thing I have to go to make my purchase decision is the rating and the comments. Neither of which is a particularly good indicator of my enjoyment of the card. Without fail I should see a demo of the new girls each week before I have to make a buying decision.

About 9 months ago Totem started producing 3K cards - cards designed to look good on monitors larger than 1080p high. At the same time they released a new version of the application with additional capabilities and different capabilities.

The new cards are called interactive for two reasons:
1. There are transition clips that make a series of clips from the same card seem more like a continuous show.
2. When you ***** a girl from one part of the screen to another, she seems to hang from the cursor and she drops into her new position when you let go. This is done with some special purpose tranition clips.

The improved version of the application (which was upgraded many time to fix bugs and improve performance) had a number of new features;
1. It can play the new 3K cards. The older versions can't
2. It allows as many as 10 cards to appear at one time in "small" mode.
3. In small mode you can reposition a card by ***** the girt and, in windows, you can even position her on the top of an open window.
4. You can control the amount of time a single card is played. (Before, the end of each clip resulted in a new card being played.)
5. Better filtering capabilities were added to allow you to select the cards you want to have active.
6. The scalling logic for large mode was changed. Now you set how high a standing girl should be relative to the height of the display on which she is appearing. 80-85% is recommended if you want to see her hands above her head. 100% may result in her head going off the top of the screen occasionally.
7. A completely new pricing structure was implementing in this software. Cards that were produced only in 720p are cheeper than cards which were produced in 720 & 1080p which are cheeper than cards that were produced in the latest 3K technology. You now get a discount based on the number of cards you own. Cards purchased withing a week of release have an additional 20% discount.

All of this is a simplification, but this are the high points as I recollect them.

With the interactive cards, you can pick the model up and replace her else where on the screen. She will hang off the cursor and kick her legs etc.and when you drop her she will do a small dance before resuming a new clip.

Ok so i'm aout 20 cards from platinum, just so we establish i'm not 100% new to VG/DB. Having said this, I just reinstalled after a hiatus and I see there are new "Interactive" cards. I did a quick cursory search and found no substantial information on any differences. Can anyone who has a card fill me in on the differences, If any? Thank you in advance.

i love virtua girl and desk babes, and uses it from the first times.
Now, it's clear that the quality has fully improved it's OK.
But what I liked in the difference betwenn vg and db was many shows from the same girl in vg and in db, often new girls and often shows with two girls.
The tendence I see is now to make shows with the same girl 6 to 7 times (see tracy smile).
It's a pity, i like awaiting new surprisings, and sorry but buying 6 or 7 shows from the same girl in deskbabe ?,
see also Viola (i love here, but she's everywhere in the last times) and where are the shows with two girls ?

While we wait for @TheEmu to possibly conjure up another codeing miracle for shader panels, I thought I'd share the low tech alternative. I've put together a starter Album of 28 'func_' Uniform combinations for the glslSandbox's e#22678.2 fragment shader set at 64 maximum iterations. This provides the casual right-click name-tree viewer with some notification of real time Uniform funcA, funcB & funcC readings without leaving fullscreen ie: it displays what is being watched at that moment via the SCNs logo. As with all logo nodes they take a while to come up, however..feel free to make or suggest any further combinations for this shader that you might have played with & found & which you think are interesting. If they are cool, I'll be pleased to anotate them & add same periodically to @Wyld's server for peeps to download.

Also added BlueSmokez.png to ETImages folder for an ommision in an earlier zip. I had previously only had the jpg version of this in the ETFractalGarden010c zip file, so it didn't show. Sorry about that. zip size = 4.38 MB
