I have gotten a run around concerning registering my acount every time a pc hard drive crashes and i cant unstall I have prob get my acount fixed. they say 24 hours its ben almost 72 since ive eaerd from them. now becuase of it almost being sunday I will have to wait a few more days
this is the worst custmer service I have ever received.

MOD's here have the ability to reset the too many Installs problem.
(we have the Blue Stars)

I reset your Installs back to Two.. You should be good to go.
Sometimes if you post your trouble, a member or Mod might be able to help.
I think with 14 millon users, Customer Service can get back logged..

While there are some issues that only Totem Customer Support can take care of, many issues can be solved here on the Forums.

bad customer service????? I wish that many company's had so good service as Totem many company's small or big have failing service. lacking employes who are promising everthing, but later one you call back and get another employe I don't know I have get no record sir/madam. Or that's is not our polish. Totem team is a good team and as you have get 14 million users around 2 million plus you get the Dutch population I found it a big applause the team fixed al the problem.

The Dutch goverment with many more overpaying members and there helpers are doing it worster. We are paying a lot taxes, get every year bigger bills for health insurances, groceries are get higher prices, but the incmome increase. Because the Dutch goverment says we need to get save money for later. But that says them al for the last 10 years. And there imcome are not increase, but decrease. That is abad "cumstumer service". Offical is the goverment a employe of the people we have choice them.

But the conclusion where I mean it Totem you are great.

I`m sorry to hear about the Dutch Government.And I would say,all citizens.In every country,have BAD customer service,We were never,and will never be,considered customers.We are just a means to thier wealth and power.And *****..But in defense of Totem..I don`t believe there is any problem.That can`t be solved,to the customers satisfaction.Being a self running machine,It just, must take time to correct itself.Or be corrected with live input..And I`m sure,each of us.Has went head to head,with their computer.But in the end,all is peacful,AND our lovely ladies are still, making it all worth while////

There is nothing in your Account history to support your Claim.
You should check with the biller, perhaps it is from another site ??
It isn't in your account history.
Other than the Annual Premium charge.
iStripper has no other reoccurring charges,

First things first, you could fix your broken Shift and Capslock Key 😜
iStripper is except for the Premium Membership a one time Payment Solution.

If you are using for example the same Password for several Online Services,
and your Answer is Yes, then your Account is probably compromised/Hacked.
This could be also a possibility, and here you can find out about that.
