I want to cancel the subscription for the time being. I tried to cancel the subscription but when I click on ''Cancel my subscription'', it took me to my email apps to send an email to [email protected].
I sent multiple emails within the last week and have received no response.
Please assist asap

Billing Support is available Monday through Friday Business Hours Paris Time.

Your E-mail was sent During OFF hours so you will Not see a reply
Until the Billing Support Team returns to the Office. and gets a chance to read your E-mail.
