Just a suggestion.
The max small size video should be 69%, but technically still 60%.
Just another suggestions.
All options should be a little naughty like that.

You can change the range/limits of the small size.
You do this on the computer not on Istripper.
Go to the computer's registry editor and find the files. change the maximum size to the size you want.
There are threads on this forum which can give you more details. (and explain it better)

Yes, that would make the UI a little bit Naughty.
Make the Default Small Size max out at 69% instead of the current default of 60%
And Make the Large Size Minimum size 69%
