Try to log out/log into via the app with your actual login/password.
Check if the Models path is the good in the setup of the app.

I tried shutting down the program and starting it back up, I tried logging out and back in, I tried restarting the pc. Nothing works.

3391 shows come up in my profile, but in my collection? Zero!

What do you mean "Check if the models path is the good in the setup of the app."? It was good in the previous version of the program, and I don't see any setting to change where it looks for the collection. What setting are you talking about?

Edit: Found the setting, it was correct. It's looking at my files with the girls downloaded and it's still telling me I have 0 cards in my collection. So I tried looking for a different version to install. 2.1 is the current and Beta version, 2.2 is the experimental though. Downloaded that hoping for a fix, but it did nothing.

Do not download 2.1! Good chance your collection will become unusable with no ability to revert! Why over all these years has your company been unable to provide old versions to go back to when things fail? You keep pushing out ***** version after ***** version. If it wasn't for how bad the previous version was I wouldn't have made the risky decision to try this update, but this is the first time that it's just straight up unusable!

iStripper members, please be patient, this looks like a server problem. I am also affected, thought I lost a HD. Both of my installs are affected. Went through the steps.....rebuild collection, log out & back in, checked folder storage letter. All of my cards have gone back to the store !!!!!!!! ??? Maybe a server handshake issue ?

Ok, I'll calm down. Server issues happen to everyone, just never seen something like this on istripper in the past 15 years.

Okay, not just me then - I started a ticket yesterday - same here, nothing works, impossible to access my collection at the moment. I'll be waiting then - but agree, never experienced this in in my 16 year membership.

might take a while for big collection, while the app build it back, see your systray icon loading :)

will we get an explanation of what happened?
probably not, but some level of compensation should be handed out or someone needs to own up and take accountability for these numerous faults that keep occuring. 😕
